5.2.2 Bagi Penelitian Selanjutnya
Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan bisa melakukan penelitian dengan objek yang berbeda karena di PT Bank DBS Indonesia Self Esteem, Self Efficacy dan Locus of Control memiliki pengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction dan selain itu penelitian selanjut mungkin dapat menambahkan variabel – variabel lain seperti motivasi, gaji dan faktor – faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi secara langsung Job Satisfaction. Hal tersebut dapat menjadikan penelitian yang dilakukan menjadi menarik dan bermanfaat untuk masyarakat luas.
