IV. Activity Information
1. The requirements to take Thesis examination is regulated by Guidance Book 2. During the thesis examination, examination committee and student must turn
off/silence their Phone Cell
3. Thesis Examination are attended by all examiner. The examination is still able to be started by the attending of examiner at least 1 thesis advisor and 3 examiner or 2 thesis advisor and 2 examiner (include the head of examiner)
4. Thesis examination is sixty minutes excluding the presentation
5. Thesis examination led by Head of Examiner who is moderator pointed by Thesis Seminar Coordinator
6. Questions that asked by examiner are suitable from the disciplines according to the thesis.
7. Examiner may give suggestion to writing and tools, material, thesis matter, writing system and Thesis Script format.
8. Examiner agreed all seminar agreement.
9. After examination, examiner will have a meeting to disscus about thesis mark.
10. After examination, head of examiner re-confirmed the assessment. Then counting the mark from examiner and thesis advisor and announce immediately in for of Letter Mark.
11. All marks from every examiner will be put in Form of Thesis Examination Assessment.
12. Student will pass if got B mark. If below the mark, student will be given a chance once to re- examination.
13. All examiners’ decision are written on Thesis Examination Agenda. Final mark that is decided is not able to change.
14. Mark from every examiners and Thesis Examination Agenda are given by Head of Examiner to SBAK with Form of Handover Documents Proof of Seminar/Thesis examination.
15. Meals during examination are provided by student
16. Correction notes of thesis script that has been corrected by thesis advisor and examiner are given to student for correcting the thesis script.
17. Thesis script that has been fixed by the student and declared as Passed student, the script must be given to thesis advisor at least 21 days after examination, since the examination date or retake thesis examination.
18. Student who has finished the correction of thesis script is required to give the complete thesis script with hard cover as many as 8 copies to SBAK.
19. Anything that has not been regulated ini this Procedure Guidence, will be determined later V. Recording
