1. Graduation is registered in SBAK at least last Wednesday in every month 2. Graduation is held by The Dean of FKH
3. Graduation is held on First Monday in every Month
4. Mstudent who proposed the graduation must bring the documents which are:
4.1 Has submitted 5 (five) copies of thesis book 4.2 Has submitted 6 (six) Compact Disc of thesis
4.3 Thas submitted 3 (three) printed scientific article based on the format and 1 (one) soft copy in form of compact disc
4.4 Sheet of Revision Approval of Thesis Script 4.5 Proof Free from Borrowing Book of FKH library
4.6 Proof Free from Borrowing Book of Airlangga University center library 4.7 Filling data of creating/writing of Graduation Sertificate of FKH UA
5. SBAK creates the student list who pass the graduation requirements every last month 6. Anything that has not been regulated ini this Procedure Guidence, will be determined later

IV. Activity Information
1. In the early of VI semester (Februari), SBAK creates dan gives the student’s name list of VI semester to Determinant Team of Thesis Advisor and Examiner.
2. Then, SBAK will receive the thesis advisor list to every student from Coordinator Thesis Seminar Team
3. In the even semester (Februari-August), SBAK distribute the Guidance Book of Thesis Writing to VI semester student
4. In the last odd semester (January- February), SBAK create GPA list and Total semester credits that has been taken by VII semester student
5. SBAK gives the list (number 4) to student advisor 6. SBAK does seminar adminitration, including:
6.1 .Receiving Letter of request to Processing research seminar
6.2. Receiving Form of Willingness to Asses Research Seminar (date of seminar assessment) 6.3. Receiving requirement documents of seminar assessment
6.4. Receiving the script of research
6.5. Creating Invitation Letter seminar assessment 6.6. Providing documents of seminar assessment
6.7. Receiving seminar mark from Head of Seminar Examiner
6.8. Giving the copy of seminar result mark to Thesis Seminar Coordinator Team 7. SBAK does administration of thesis, including :
7.1 Receiving the Letter of Thesis Approval from Thesis Advisor and Examiner 7.2 Receiving the requirements of thesis examination from student
