Berdasarkan Akta No. 49 tanggal 16 Desember 2022, dibuat oleh Sri Hidianingsih Adi Sugijanto, S.H., notaris di Jakarta, para pemegang saham UNIVERSAL menyetujui untuk meningkatkan modal dasar, ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dari semula sebesar Rp 36.400 menjadi sebesar Rp 50.000, atau peningkatan sebesar Rp 13.600, yang terbagi atas 13.600 saham pada nilai nominal Rp 1.000.000 (dalam Rupiah penuh) per saham. Perusahaan dan TAPIAN mengambil bagian masing-masing sebanyak 2.354 saham dan membayar sebesar Rp 2.354. Perubahan Anggaran Dasar ini telah disetujui oleh Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia berdasarkan Surat Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan No. AHU-0007629.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2023 tanggal 3 Februari 2023.
Based on Notarial Deed No. 49 dated December 16, 2022, of Sri Hidianingsih Adi Sugijanto, S.H., public notary in Jakarta, the shareholders of UNIVERSAL agreed to increase UNIVERSAL’s authorized, issued and fully paid capital from Rp 36,400 to Rp 50,000, or an increase of Rp 13,600, consisting of 13,600 shares at a par value of Rp 1,000,000 (in full Rupiah) per share. The Company and TAPIAN subscribed 2,354 shares and paid for Rp 2,354 each. The amendment of the Articles of Association was approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on Letter of Approval of Amendment of the Articles of Association of the Company No. AHU-0007629.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2023 dated February 3, 2023.

Manajemen berpendapat bahwa jumlah pertanggungan asuransi sebesar US$ 479.041.617 dan US$ 478.740.655 masing- masing pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022 dan 2021 cukup untuk menutup kemungkinan kerugian atas risiko kebakaran, wabah penyakit dan risiko lainnya.
Bearer plants are covered by insurance against losses from fire, disease and other risks under blanket policies with insurance coverage totaling US$ 479,041,617 and US$ 478,740,655 as of December 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively, which in management’s opinion is adequate to cover possible losses from such risks.

Management is of the opinion that there is no impairment in bearer plants values since the carrying values of all of the Group’s bearer plants are recoverable.
