The need for an adequate internet connection has become a primary need for society so that business actors, industry and the economic sector is able to transform digitally and their business processes are able to continue to operate. The information and communication technology industry has encouraged an increase in National Gross Domestic Product (GDP) amidst the slowdown in Indonesia's economy that occurred due to the pandemic throughout 2020.
ICON+ continuously improves performance from year to year so that it is able to become a leading network- based Information and Communication Technology (ICT) solution provider company in Indonesia. In 2020, the Company serves network activation services and telecommunication services which are divided into
di bidang Ketenagalistrikan, Publik dan Retail. Realisasi layanan aktivasi jaringan dan jasa telekomunikasi yang dicapai Perusahaan pada tahun 2020 adalah sebesar 40.252 permintaan, dimana layanan yang dilakukan bagi pelanggan Segmen Ketenagalistrikan adalah sebesar 10.221 permintaan, layanan bagi pelanggan Segmen Publik sebesar 13.035 permintaan dan layanan bagi pelanggan Segmen Retail adalah sebesar 16.996 permintaan .
Jumlah realisasi total layanan pada tahun 2020 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 10.593 permintaan dibandingkan tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar 29.659 permintaan atau meningkat sebesar 35,72%.
Peningkatan ini disebabkan oleh bertambahnya segmen pelanggan yang menjadi sasaran Perusahaan pada tahun 2020 yaitu segmen Pelanggan Retail dimana pelanggan retail tersebut belum menjadi target penerima layanan Perusahaan pada tahun sebelumnya.
Selain itu, peningkatan realisasi permintaan bagi pelaksanaan aktivasi jaringan dan jasa telekomunikasi pada tahun 2020 disebabkan adanya kegiatan penetrasi pasar regional yang dilakukan Perusahaan sehingga mampu menambah jumlah pelanggan potensial.

The number of realized total services in 2020 increased by 10,593 requests compared to 2019 which was 29,659 requests or an increase of 35.72%. This increase was due to the increase in the target customer segment of the Company in 2020, namely the Retail Segment customers where the retail customers had not been the target recipient of the Company's services in the previous year. In addition, the increased realization of demand for the implementation of telecommunication network and service activation in 2020 was due to regional market penetration activities conducted by the Company so as to be able to increase the number of potential customers.

Nilai Ekonomi Langsung yang Dihasilkan merupakan perolehan pendapatan Perusahaan dari layanan produk dan jasa kepada PLN serta pihak berelasi dan pihak ketiga. Pendapatan Perusahaan mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2020 sebesar Rp574.948 juta atau sebesar 22,69%, dimana pendapatan tersebut menjadi sebesar Rp3.108.701 juta dibandingkan tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar Rp2.533.753 juta. Peningkatan pendapatan tersebut terutama berasal dari layanan Jasa Infrastruktur dan layanan Jasa Lainnya yang meningkat sangat signifikan yaitu masing-masing sebesar 142,01% dan 87,03%.
Generated Direct Economic Value represents the Company's income from product and service services to PLN as well as related parties and third parties.
The Company's revenue increased in 2020 by IDR 574,948 million or 22.69%, where the income was IDR 3,108,701 million compared to 2019 which was IDR 2,533,753 million. The increase in revenue mainly came from Infrastructure Services and Other Services which increased very significantly, namely by 142.01% and 87.03%, respectively.
yang timbul dari segala usaha penjualan layanan jasa dan produk yang terdiri dari Beban Koneksi dan Beban Langsung Lainnya, Beban Kepegawaian, Beban Pemeliharaan, serta Beban Pemasaran. Beban Usaha pada tahun 2020 adalah sebesar Rp2.152.028 juta atau mengalami peningkatan sebesar 17,12% dibandingkan dengan tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar Rp1.837.515 juta.
Peningkatan Beban Usaha pada tahun 2020 terutama karena adanya peningkatan biaya pada komponen Beban Usaha di tahun 2020 yaitu Beban Pemeliharaan dan Beban Koneksi & Beban Langsung Lainnya yang masing-masing meningkat sebesar 22,65% dan 19,90%
dibandingkan tahun 2019. Selain itu, komponen Beban Usaha lain yang juga mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2020 yaitu Beban Kepegawaian yang meningkat sebesar 5,78%.
Wilayah operasi ICON+ yang tersebar di 10 daerah di seluruh Indonesia melalui kantor Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Regional. Hal tersebut telah memberikan dampak kebutuhan tenaga kerja lokal bagi masyarakat di sekitar kantor SBU. Sehingga memberi kesempatan bagi masyarakat di sekitar wilayah operasi untuk memperoleh pekerjaan dengan upah sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah atau standar UMR [203-2].
