BAB V KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

5.4 Saran

Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, pembahasan dan kesimpulan, maka saran yang dapat penulis berikan sebagai berikut:

1. Dari hasil kuisioner yang di dapat dari responden, diperlukan sebuah implementasi Proses Rantai Pasokan yang baik dalam kegiatan operasional organisasi khususnya di perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan Kinerja Kualitas. Kaitanya pada penelitian ini para pelaku bisnis perlu mendapatkan pemahamamn yang lebih mendalam mengenai proses kinerja pada rantai pasokan. Hal ini didasarkan pada variable yang ada dalam penelitian ini, selain itu dalam proses menjalankan supply chain management hendaknya terus dimaksimalkan guna meningkatkan kinerja kualitas dalam perusahaan dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasi menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

2. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memperbanyak sumber-sumber dari literatur atau jurnal dari penelitian terdahulu.

3. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat melakukan pada ruang lingkup yang lebih luas dengam menambahkan variabel-variabel lain yang dapat menjadi faktor dalam mempengaruhi perubahan kinerja organisasi.

73 4. Penelitian selanjutnya juga diharapkan dapat menambahkan teknik wawancara langsung pada responden, dengan demikian dapat mengetahui kondisi yang sebenarnya dan dapat menghasilkan penelitian yang lebih baik.
