diteliti dalam penelitian ini dan belum seluruhnya dapat diuji secara empirik seperti komitmen kerja, perilaku prestatif kerja karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan Islami.
2. Karyawan Bank Syariah yang diteliti tidak hanya terbatas pada manajer dan pimpinan bank saja, melainkan seluruh karyawan perbankan syariah lainnya dapat dijadikan objek dalam penelitian di masa mendatang.
3. Penelitian di masa mendatang dapat diuji pada perusahaan yang berbasis nilai Islam selain Bank Syariah seperti Baitul Mal Wa Tamwil (BMT), Asuransi Syariah, Halal Mart, 212 Mart, Hotel Syariah, Universitas Islam, Badan Wakaf, Badan Zakat, dan lain sebagainya.
4. Penelitian mendatang dapat dilakukan pada berbagai daerah baik nasional maupun internasional. Hal tersebut didasarkan jawaban responden memungkinkan sangat dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik demografis, perilaku dan budaya nasional pada wilayah tersebut.
5. Desain dalam penelitian di masa mendatang dapat menggunakan mix method (kuantitatif dan kualitatif) agar dapat menghasilkan temuan yang lebih mendalam.
6. Peneliti selanjutnya dapat memperdalam analisis dengan membangun konstruk filosofis teori perilaku kerja orgnanisasi Islami, khususnya dalam bidang kepemimpinan Islam, motivasi kerja Islam, kepuasan kerja Islam, OCBIP.
