B. Saran
1. Bagi karyawan, dalam hal prestasi kerja sebaiknya PT. Bank Muamalat Kcp Kota manna harus terus meningkatkan prestasi kerj karyawan dengan baik dengan terus meningkatkan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan lingkungan kerja
2. Bagi perusahaan, berkaitan dengan semangat karyawan hendaknya pihak perusahaan memberikan bonus kepada karyawan agar memberikan guna terciptanya prestasi kerja karyawan yang tinggi.
