Data is a collection of numbers, pictures or other illustrations that are entered into a computer using the help of hardware, namely the keyboard. The data that has been input will be saved to the specified folder
The data input process carried out by the author is:
1. Start by opening the computer that is used as data input media.
2. After the computer is turned on then the next step is to choose the file name used, for example when you want to input a loan file, select local “Disk D”, look for the file name “USP 2022” and various folders from the folder appear, select “Outstanding Data 2022”.
3. After finding the name of the file you are looking for then the file that is complete and checked by the cooperative is then inputted. Input is done using Microsoft Excel to make it easier to process numbers.

c. Sorting members who have resigned by giving a red mark based on BU (Business Unit), SAP, and member names.

For members who have resigned, they are required to carry out exit clearance which is useful for taking the rest of their savings during the cooperative. So, the resign member data that has been previously inputted will be sorted by marking it in red. The steps for sorting the data of employees who have resigned are as follows:
1. Open the resign data file on the computer, click on the 2022 member resgin data
2. Then click Shift F5
3. Next look for the member's name and SAP and make sure the name and SAP match. Because there are several SAPs and the same Global ID with different names, this is where it is ensured again so that no errors occur.
4. The next step is to copy and copy the name or SAP code and look for the file related to the member's name.
5. After matching the name you are looking for, right-click the name and the block is marked with a red color. At the end of the column, the date of resignation is given, for example the member resigns on May 30, 2022, then

Files that are ready to be inputted and printed are then compiled into the file letters that have been provided, as for their use, to make it easier to find files, and to look neat in organizing files/files, there are several steps

3. Enter into the folder that has been written the number.
4. Sort by number if not sorted it will be difficult to find documents
5. After completing the next step, enter it into the letterfile. And arrange it neatly on the front at number 1, place the name sheet earlier to make it easier for the cooperative to find the name of the member.
6. Files that have been entered into the letterfile are then put into a file storage cabinet and sorted by date, month and year.

2. Customer Service

One of the duties of a customer service is to serve customers/customers by providing the best service and always looking friendly and polite. Several ways to serve customers based on the chart above can be summarized below:
1. The customer comes to the cooperative office
2. Arrive at the customer cooperative office directly to customer service.
Here a customer service has given greetings to customers such as "good morning, can someone help"
3. Asking the intent and purpose of the customer to come to the cooperative's office. If you only want to apply for a loan, then the customer service will immediately process the data, if you only want to request a form, first ask the customer's SAP code. So, there are various purposes for customers to come to the office, of course, all of these goals can be served properly and make customers feel satisfied with the services provided.
4. After the process is complete, the customer may leave the office and don't forget to say "thank you"

The chart above shows the duties of a cashier at KOPMART (Market Cooperative), so there are several tasks performed by the cashier divided into:

4. After being scanned, the next step is to print the receipt and give it to the customer as proof of the transaction.
Not only serving customers when entering the store, a cashier has the task of inputting goods into the system, the steps are as follows:
1. Incoming goods are neatly arranged by place, brand, type of goods. Then some items are taken based on their type to be used as samples and put into the basket
2. Items that have been added to the basket are inputted one by one into the system. Inputted based on expiration date, type of goods, quantity, purchase price, selling price, and stock of goods.

In the chart above is the travel route to the UIR and UNRI campuses where the author is invited to visit the campus in the signing of the MoU on the UNRI campus, below is an explanation of the explanation of the above activities:
1. For the first activity, the author is invited to visit the UIR campus first, which is located in the city of Pekanbaru to depart at around 09.30 WIB while the distance between Kerinci and Pekanbaru is 1 hour and a half. For transportation using a car belonging to the office with Mr. Tengku Kespandiar as Campus Relations Manager and with 2 other interns.
2. After arriving at the UIR campus, we were instructed to wait outside so we could see some at UIR and explore some of the buildings.

3. When ready to visit UIR then continue the journey to the restaurant for lunch and meet some employees of PT.RAPP
4. Next, they are invited to visit the mall in Pekanbaru city while waiting at 15:00 because the event starts at that hour.
5. After all the following activities, continue the journey to the UNRI campus and arrive at 14:55 WIB to carry out the main event, namely the MoU (Morandum of Understanding) which is a form of signing the cooperation between PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper and the UNRI campus of D3 Technology Study Program Pulp and Paper accompanied by Mr. Tengku Kespandiar.
6. The event was completed and has been carried out smoothly and then invited to tour the city of Pekanbaru.

The chart above explains the process of the Annual Member Meeting which is held every once in a while. The process can be described as follows:
1. Equipment and equipment that have been prepared from KOPKAR and then taken to the Unigraha hotel, the equipment is taken by car belonging to the office starting from printer machines, banners, laptops, in-focus, banners, and others related to the event.
2. The location specified is the Unigraha hotel, while the cooperative has previously checked in the hotel. And rented the “Batam Room” for the meeting hall.
3. In the evening we made preparations for the meeting for tomorrow's event and had to be well prepared starting from preparing souvenirs for each member who attended the meeting, adding meeting materials, and other preparations.
4. Before the event starts, all committee members are welcome to have breakfast. Here the author gets the task of welcoming guests, each guest is welcome to fill out the guest book according to the name and Business Unit, after filling out the guest book the committee gives souvenirs to every guest who comes and invites guests to enter the room, namely the "Batam Room"
and sit on chairs that have been prepared. provided.
5. After all the guests arrived, the event started at 08.30 WIIB. And the writer got another assignment to be the conductor and lead the song Indonesia Raya. The series of formal events consisted of singing the Indonesia Raya anthem, welcoming remarks from several parties, and prayers.
6. After the formal event is ready, the guests are then given approximately 20 minutes to have lunch. As for lunch has been provided by the hotel. So that everyone just takes it at the table that has been provided with food.
7. After lunch, guests are expected to return to the room because the main event, namely RAT (Annual Member Meeting) will begin.
8. The event lasted for approximately 2 hours and at the end of the event participants who often borrowed funds from the cooperative were given a door prize from the cooperative, and the first participant who came to the meeting was given a dooprize as well as a gift for arriving early.
9. After the distribution of dooprize and some prizes, the event was over and continued with a photo session with the tam and the committee. and it was recorded that there were approximately 100 participants who attended the event.
10. When the event is fully finished, the next step is to tidy up and repackage the office equipment that has been used and put into the car because the cooperative will check out the hotel.

3.4 Obstacles and Solution 3.4.1 Obstacles
Constraints encountered during work practices at PT. RAPP especially in the KOPKAR section, namely:
1. Lack of full understanding of how to respond to customer behavior towards cooperatives and how to handle it due to the different behavior of each customer, some understand the explanation that has been given and some are harsh and cannot accept opinions.
2. At the beginning of the practice, the author lacked accuracy in inputting data and arranging the display so that there were some errors in the work so that it was re-examined by employees. But over time the author can minimize these errors and try to focus and be more thorough in doing the work.
3.4.2 Solution
Solutions to face problems at work when implementing Job Training at KOPKAR PT.RAPP are as follows:
1. Adding courses on how to deal with consumer attitudes and consumer behavior when performing services such as customer service at work, especially in the international business administration study program. So that students can apply the learning in the world of work.
2. Accuracy and Accuracy. Accuracy and accuracy are needed by the practitioner, so the practitioner Must be focused and disciplined in carrying out their work. So deep ongoing practical activities that require discipline and good performance good. In carrying out the task, the practitioner must also systematic in following the rules or work steps in order to reduce errors in data entry and form structuring. The work you do takes care – taking care to minimize errors and work process errors.
CHAPTER IV
CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION 4.1 Conclusion
Based on the explanation in the previous chapter, the authors draw conclusions in several ways, namely as follows:
1. In practical work, the author is placed in the Business Unit KOPKAR PT.RAPP especially in Customer Service . The tasks carried out are inputting data , arranging forms , accompanying visits, printing documents, serving customers, recapitulating data, sorting data on employees who have resigned, and attending meetings. On Wednesdays and Saturdays the author has the task of carrying out practical work at the Cooperative Mart while his duties are cashier, input goods, checking SO, and displaying goods.
2. In the implementation of this Job Training, the author carried out a Job Training in PT. RAPP Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan , which was held for 4 (four) months, starting from March 9, 2022 to June 30, 2022 .
3. In this practical work the author also understands the system and work procedures :
a. Administration : Data entry, photocopying documents, organize the document and put in the letter
b. Customer Service : Serving Customers, Cashier at KOPMART c. Self Development : Visiting Campus ( UIR & UNRI), Become a
committee in the RAT (Annual Member Meeting) KOPKAR PT.

4. The obstacle that the author got while doing practical work at the PT.RAPP Employee Cooperative was that there were some documents that were printed the results were not so bright and faded, so that the author had to read more carefully so that there were no mistakes. For the solution,
the office refills the printer ink, removes the air cavity in the ink infusion hose, repairs / replaces the cartridge, this is done so that there is no color fading for the printed document.
4. 2 . Suggestion
Author provide some suggestions for various parties, namely for the author himself, for students or younger siblings who will do practical work in the next period, for companies and for the State Polytrechnic of Bengkalis.
1. Author
Suggestions for writers are to be more careful, thorough and concentrate in writing work. Get used to reading first before acting, and think realistically and rationally, and do the task in accordance with the directions or orders that have been given by the employee concerned.
2. College student
Author also provide suggestions that may be useful for students who will carry out practical work activities for the next period, namely prioritizing safety and health, making the best use of time, doing work according to ability, thinking before taking action, always being patient and obedient and must learn to manage everything. 3. Company
After the author runs the appreticeship activities at KOPKAR PT.RAPP Pangkalan Kerinci,Pelalawan. There are several suggestions for a better company, namely when the company gives assignments that have great responsibility and high risk to Internship students to be supervised, guided and taught the steps.
