Performance Evaluation and Assessment
[404-3]Employee contribution is measured by the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) achievement that has been determined by following the goals/direction of future business development. Employee assessment is calculated based on the results of the Performance Appraisal (PA) and Performance Management (PM) forms that have been filled out by each individual employee. In 2022, 100% of BCA employees received performance evaluations and assessments. BCA used the results of performance assessments as recommendations for promotion considerations and adjustments to remuneration, bonuses, and career paths.
