TRANSPORTASI DAN PERGUDANGAN

Secara y-on-y, Lapangan Usaha Transportasi dan Pergudangan pada triwulan II/2024 mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 9,56 persen yang didukung oleh peningkatan jumlah penumpang dan barang yang dimuat di seluruh moda transportasi. Peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dan penambahan kuota haji turut mendorong pertumhan positif dari lapangan usaha ini.

Lapangan Usaha Transportasi dan Pergudangan tumbuh sebesar 7,05 persen jika dibandingkan dengan triwulan I/2024 (q-to-q). Pertumbuhan tersebut didorong oleh peningkatan jumlah penumpang pengguna jasa transportasi umum pada masa libur keagamaan (Idulfitri, Waisak, Kenaikan Isa Al Masih, dan Iduladha) dan libur sekolah. Peningkatan volume ekspor dan impor, serta belanja perjalanan dinas baik dalam maupun luar negeri, juga berkontribusi mendukung pertumbuhan positif lapangan usaha Transportasi dan Pergudangan.

Pada semester I/2024 lapangan usaha Transportasi dan Pergudangan mencatatkan pertumbuhan sebesar 9,12 persen (c-to-c). Pertumbuhan ini dipengaruhi oleh bertambahnya rute penerbangan, pengoperasian rute baru LRT Jabodebek, serta peluncuran Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung (KCIC), yang memperluas akses transportasi dan mendukung mobilitas masyarakat.

H. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE Compared to the same period the previous year (y-on-y), the Transportation and Storage industry recorded a growth of 9.56%

in the second quarter of 2024, driven by an increase in the number of passengers and goods transported across all modes of transportation. The rise in international tourist arrivals and the additional Hajj quota further boosted the positive growth of this industry.

The Transportation and Storage industry grew by 7.05% compared to the first quarter of 2024 (q-to-q). This growth was driven by an increase in the number of passengers using public transportation during religious holidays (Eid al-Fitr, Vesak, Easter, and Eid al-Adha) and school holidays. The rise in export and import volumes, as well as business travel, both domestically and internationally, also contributed to the positive growth of the Transportation and Storage industry.

In the first semester of 2024, the Transportation and Storage industry recorded a growth of 9.12 percent (c-to-c). This growth was influenced by the addition of new flight routes, the operation of the new Jakarta- Bogor-Depok-Bekasi LRT route, and the launch of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway (KCIC), which expanded transportation access and supported public mobility.

Secara umum, kontribusi masing-masing subkategori dari Lapangan Usaha Transportasi dan Pergudangan dari triwulan I/2022 hingga triwulan II/2024 menunjukkan tren yang stabil. Angkutan Darat memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap lapangan usaha ini dengan tren yang meningkat. Untuk subkategori lainnya, seperti Angkutan Rel, Angkutan Laut, Angkutan Sungai Danau, dan Angkutan Udara juga memberikan kontribusi yang stabil tetapi dengan fluktuasi kecil di setiap triwulannya. Peningkatan kontribusi yang signifikan dari masing-masing subkategori terlihat pada triwulan keempat setiap tahunnya.

Overall, the contribution of each subsector in the Transportation and Storage Industry from Q1/2022 to Q2/2024 shows a stable trend. Land Transportation provides the largest contribution to this industry with an increasing trend. For other subsectors, such as Railways Transportation, Sea and Coastal Transportation, Inland Water Transportation, and Air Transportation also contribute stably but with small fluctuations in each quarter.

Significant increases in the contribution of each subsector are seen in the fourth quarter of each year.

I. PENYEDIAAN AKOMODASI DAN MAKAN MINUM

PDB atas dasar harga berlaku (ADHB) lapangan usaha Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum sebesar Rp145.865,6 miliar pada triwulan II/2024 atau sekitar 2,63 persen dari total PDB nasional yang mencapai Rp5.536.495,2 miliar. Pada triwulan II/2024, laju pertumbuhan lapangan usaha ini mencapai 10,17 persen (y-on-y). Pertumbuhan ini didukung oleh peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara dan penyelenggaraan sejumlah event di beberapa daerah, seperti Asia Pacific Media Forum, World Water Forum serta event musik dan olahraga.

Jika dibandingkan dengan triwulan I/2024 (q-to-q), Lapangan Usaha Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 4,14 persen.

Pertumbuhan tersebut lebih baik dari kuartal sebelumnya yang terkontraksi sebesar 0,88 persen. Peningkatan ini sejalan dengan meningkatnya okupansi hotel dan konsumsi makanan jadi di restoran selama momen libur keagamaan (Idulfitri, Waisak, Kenaikan Isa Al Masih, dan Iduladha) serta libur sekolah.

Secara kumulatif (c-to-c), Lapangan Usaha Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum tumbuh sebesar 9,79 persen yang didorong oleh peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara serta peningkatan aktivitas Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE). I. ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD SERVICE ACTIVITIES

The GDP at current prices of the Accommodation and Food Services Activities accounted for Rp145,865.6 billion in the second quarter of 2024, or approximately 3.22 percent of the total national GDP, which reached Rp5,536,495.2 billion. In the second quarter of 2024, the growth rate of this industry reached 10.17 percent (y-on-y). The increasing number of foreign tourist arrivals and the holding of several events in various regions, such as the Asia Pacific Media Forum, the World Water Forum, and music and sports events supported this growth.

Compared to the first quarter of 2024 (q-to-q), the Accommodation and Food Services Activities experienced growth of 4.14 percent. This growth was better than the

previous quarter, which

cont racted by 1.62

percent. This increase was in line with the increasing hotel occupancy and consumption of ready-made food in restaurants during religious holidays (Eid al-Fitr, Vesak, Easter, and Eid al-Adha) and school holidays.

Cumulatively (c-to-c), the Accommodation and Food Services industry grew by 9.79 percent, driven by an increase in the number of foreign tourist arrivals and an increase in Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) activities. Election activities and the holding of various events in several regions also contributed to the positive growth of this industry.
