From that point of view, you are already a Light Speed Reader before you start this course. A Course in Light Speed Reading© is a system of concepts, exercises and processes designed to be enjoyed and utilized in the home environment by the whole family or an individual (learned/learned at home). A course in Light Speed Reading© includes step-by-step, day-by-day activities and exercises for developing Light Speed Reading skills.
A course in light speed reading is set up to be a four-week experience that may take longer according to the readiness and adaptability of those taking the course.
Basic Premises
Aside from the idea of a movie, a course in light speed reading is designed to create in you a "memory" or "knowing" of the material you are reading. It's kind of like what happens when you point your finger in a direction and say, "It's there." You don't have to stick your finger all the way across the room to the item; the mind fills in the line and knows where to look. It's not the order of the words that makes the story; it is the intention of the author who creates the story.
It is ludicrous to assume that because a school board or teacher understands a piece of material one way, that anyone who reads it afterward must understand it the same way.
What Is Reading?
Light Speed Reading is designed to take us all back to our basic natural abilities to read intuitively. Reading is personal, private and individually interpretive (each person is correct within their own frame of reference). So it is with life; every person who believes that they have the correct interpretation of the symbols of life.
It is in the realm of the infinite that intuition and imagination play key roles.
The Visual Reading Process
Light-Speed Reading uses this innate ability to create what we see to fill in the details of the story as you see each page. And yet, it's like the point exercise - your mind filled in the story behind your daydream - you just didn't believe it - so you reversed the text until you felt you could connect the pattern of the story and move on. It is a state in which you become aware and convinced that you are dreaming - that what you are experiencing is fantasy.
In the lucid state you can direct the dream and control all the characters - because you realize that it is you who created them all.
Obstacles
- Reading each phrase more than once - you will find that you probably read phrases in sentences more than once. This is conditioning from school
- Mind wandering and thought straying - when you read verbally you will tend to stray because your mind is made to travel quickly and process
- Concern about technique - again, schooling taught us to be hyper-
- Worry about missing a critical
When you open yourself up to experiencing Light Speed Reading for the first time since early childhood (when you read everything at once), you may find that many other things related to your childhood and earliest learning will also come to you. However, some choose to take Light Speed Reading right before a big test they are about to take (high school and high school students, for example). The boy was doing well, so he couldn't understand why the master only taught him one move after three months of training.
It's the only move you know, but it's the only move you'll ever need to know,” the sensei replied. On the way home, the boy and sensei reviewed every move in every match. In the text of this course, I have devised and borrowed several exercises to improve your Light Speed Reading experience.
With the understanding of how great a being you truly are, light speed reading is merely a small feature of such a great being. I've heard it said and I believe it from my own experience: "The greatest distance is one foot from your head to your heart." As you experience and express your emotional self, you can realize how wonderful emotion is and how inextricably connected that part of you is to your intuition. Light speed reading is based on a similar principle: full sensory experience in a safe environment (the reading environment).
Until you develop Light Speed Reading skills, you will necessarily have to let go of your attachment to "being right" and correctly. In other words, you can Light Speed read a book, take notes on it, and feel like you were completely wrong and completely missed the story.

Mind Machines
Support Games and Exercises
As you practice this exercise, you will gain confidence in your intuitive ability, including light speed reading (aka Intuitive Reading). Place an object large enough to observe (such as a vase of flowers) in front of the background. Now allow your vision to shift to the side of the object, still focusing your attention on the object.
Now notice a difference in your view of the object (such as a halo effect or a corona effect around the object). The intuitive process of reading is greatly enhanced by the correct application of the principle of assumption. As with the previous exercise, this exercise encourages intuitive processes that promote reading at the speed of light.
Completely let go of the need to analyze your image or to do anything recognizable - just let go. As the right and left sides of the brain communicate with the conscious and subconscious, a new point of awareness develops, a balanced view. Then the man decided to help the butterfly, so he took a pair of scissors and cut off the remaining part of the cocoon.
What the man, in his kindness and haste, failed to understand was that the restrictive cocoon and struggle it took for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening was nature's way of forcing moisture from the butterfly's body into its wings. pressing so that it would be ready to fly once it has achieved its freedom from the cocoon. As you work, be patient with yourself as you progress through the Light-Speed Reading program.
Breathing Exercises
Take a deep breath in through your nose Hold your breath for 3 seconds. Release slowly through the mouth Slow breathing. Breathe in deeply through your nose and imagine energy flowing in from the ground (under your feet) to your heart. Exhale as you imagine energy flowing down from the sun and through the head to the heart, opening the heart.
Imaging Modes and Goal Setting
Fixed Imaging - If you followed the picture exactly as I instructed you, and had trouble making another flower to replace the roses and struggling to change the color of the flowers, then you are probably doing fixed imaging . When you "get the picture", stick with it and don't be discouraged by additional information to the contrary. You can keep an image in mind and easily adjust that image as you are.
Rapidly changing images - If you could see internally what I suggested, but I wanted to add more to the images, it became. You tend to think of ideas as rapidly changing images, rather than building scenes to stick to. You have an insatiable desire for more information, but when you tackle new things, you tend to give it away or forget it.
You tend to be very imaginative, but find it difficult to put your imagination into action without the help of others who do not share your image style. Here are some ideas on how you can set targets according to your image mode: Off, Fixed, Variable, Quick Variable. Be sure of your purpose from the start - follow your head, not your heart.
Set long-term goals and review them occasionally to see if they need to be adjusted slightly. Measure goal achievement based on the general direction you want to go - how do you want to feel.
A Course in Light Speed Reading
Since my example is much less than three pages, I will pretend that the story on the previous page is much less than three pages, I will pretend that the story on the previous page spanned several pages. Counting all the lines (even the short ones) of three pages of text gives me a total of 135.

Along the medial ridge of the brain (from ear to ear) are two strips of cortical (brain) material called the central sulcus. By systematically identifying and activating each part represented in the brain, the consciousness deliberately moves to the center of the brain where the pineal and pituitary glands exist. Repeat the part in your mind and at the same time become aware of that part of the body.
The top of the head; the forehead, both sides of the head, the right eyebrow, the left eyebrow, the space between the. This increased brain sensitivity opens the pupil of the covered eye (to admit more light), causes the sensory elements of the eye to become hypersensitive (again, trying to see in the dark), and causes the dominant brain hemisphere to relax (as a result of the lack of visual stimulus). Scroll to "turn" the page with the fingers of the dominant hand while removing the index finger of the non-dominant hand 5.
As you scan the left page, prepare to turn the other page by placing the middle finger of your right hand on the center edge of the right page (or the bottom outer corner). As you almost finish scanning the right page, gently and quickly push the middle finger of your right hand to the left, causing the page to bend and turn to the left. Turn to the inside cover of the book jacket to find the synopsis (if there is one) - scan it quickly to get the general idea of the book.
Open the book to the middle and scan 2-3 pages to find out the general direction of the book. Intuit as much of the story as you can - create a possible movie in your mind. Participants will choose longer books in the public library's fiction novel section.
With very young children, this may require some patience on the part of the parents.
