For all sound recordings, provide the number of sound channels if the information is available. If the object is one or two colors, give the name(s) of the color(s).

Transcribe the actual title of the series as found on the bibliographic resource or its container. Provide the numbering or other designation of the bibliographic source within the series if that numbering appears on the item or container.

If the title of a monograph in more than one physical part (for example, a multivolume book) changes from one part to another, use the proper title of the first part as the proper title of the entire monograph. If the title of an integrating resource changes, replace the previous title with the new title.
GENERAL RULE
For example, 'The British Museum' is a name and 'a group of concerned citizens' is not; “The Modern Jazz Quartet” is a name and “seven rock superstars” is not. For example, the Henry Madden Library is part of California State University, Fresno; the Home Office is part of the United Kingdom government. If a work doesn't fall into one of the types listed above, or you're not sure if it does, enter it under a person's name or under a title, as appropriate.

Enter a person with a name without a surname and who is usually not recognized by the noble title under the part of the name under which the person is listed in reference sources. Include any words or phrases commonly associated with the name in the title. Under the part of the name most commonly used as an entry element in modern reference sources, enter Roman from classical times (before AD 476).
