ABSTRACT
This final project aims to produce Churros Two Princess and market it in the area around Bengkalis. Besides that, it also determines the right marketing strategy in marketing Churros products and knows the obstacles and solutions during the implementation of Churros Two Princess business activities. The implementation method in implementing this project consists of a project preparation plan, a project implementation plan, a project completion plan and a project reporting plan. In the preparation stage, the most important things prepared in the production section are capital, tools and materials, determining the amount of material to be produced. The implementation of this project is held for approximately two months starting from December to January 2021. In reporting this project consists of the implementation of production activities and financial reporting of production activities.
