xi ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine the effect of mutations and promotions on the performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Teluk Betung Branch. This type of research is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The population selected in this study were 253 employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Teluk Betung Branch and the units they supervised, the sample in this study was 100 respondents. This research uses SPSS program by using multiple regression method. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that mutations have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank BRI Teluk Betung Branch, promotions have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank BRI Teluk Betung Branch and mutations and promotions have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Bank BRI Teluk Betung Branch.

xii ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mutasi dan promosi terhadap kinerja Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Teluk Betung. Jenis penelitian metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah 253 Karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Teluk Betung besera unit yang dibawahi, sampel dalam penelitian ini 100 responden. Penelitian menggunakan metode regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan mutasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Teluk Betung, promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Teluk Betung dan mutasi dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BRI Cabang Teluk Betung
