A cooperative is a business entities that base their activities on cooperative principles. The existence of cooperatives is very helpful for economic growth and can improve the welfare of its members. The welfare of cooperative members can be seen from the acquisition of Profits from Operations (SHU). This study aims to determine the effect of own capital, business volume, and total assets on the remaining results of operations in cooperative saving and loan business units in Tanjungpinang City. The research sample collection method was purposive sampling and 11 samples were obtained that met the criteria to become observation data. The period used in this study is 4 years, namely from 2018- 2021. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used is secondary data. The results of the study show that (1) the own capital variable has a significant effect on the SHU with a significance value of 0.014. The operating volume variable has a significant effect on the SHU with a significance value of 0.000. And the total asset variable has a significant effect on the SHU with a significance value of 0.016. The results of the test for the coefficient of determination show that the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 85.2% while the remaining 14.8% is explained by other variables not explained in this study.

Koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang melandaskan kegiatannya berdasarkan prinsip koperasi. Keberadaan koperasi sangat membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi serta dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggotanya. Kesejahteraan anggota koperasi dapat dilihat dari perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal sendiri, volume usaha, total aset terhadap sisa hasil usaha pada unit usaha simpan pinjam koperasi di Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 11 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria yang menjadi data observasi. Periode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah 4 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2018-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal sendiri berpengaruh signifikan SHU dengan nilai signifikansi 0,014. Variabel volume usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SHU dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Dan variabel total aset berpengaruh signifikan terhadap SHU dengan nilai signifikansi 0,016. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 85,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
