Judul : Hubungan perilaku konsumsi susu sapi dengan kesehatan jaringan periodontal pada mahasiswa preklinik FKGUY saat pandemi Covid-19.
Latar belakang: Pada Maret 2020, WHO mengumumkan Covid-19 sebagai pandemik. Covid-19 dapat terdeteksi positif pada seseorang jika sistem imunitas menurun. Menurunnya fungsi sistem imunitas meningkatkan terjadinya inflamasi kronis, sehingga kolonisasi biofilm meningkat dan kemampuan untuk mencegah invasi bakteri pada jaringan ikat berkurang. Meningkatkan imunitas tubuh dapat dilakukan dengan pemenuhan asupan nutrisi yang tepat. Susu sapi merupakan sumber protein, kalsium, fosfor, dan vitamin yang sangat baik. Rasulullah menerapkan pola hidup agar tubuhnya tetap sehat, salah satunya dengan mengonsumsi susu yang memberikan banyak manfaat bagi manusia. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku konsumsi susu sapi dengan kesehatan jaringan periodontal pada mahasiswa preklinik FKGUY saat pandemi Covid-19 dan pandangannya dari perspektif Islam. Metode: jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 48 responden. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan google form dan dilakukan analisis dengan uji Kendall. Hasil: sebanyak 62,5% mahasiswa preklinik FKGUY memiliki perilaku konsumsi susu sapi yang kurang baik, sebanyak 95,8%
mahasiswa preklinik FKGUY memiliki kesehatan jaringan periodontal yang baik.
Kesimpulan: tidak terdapat hubungan (p-value = 0,712) antara perilaku konsumsi susu sapi dengan kesehatan jaringan periodontal pada mahasiswa preklinik FKGUY saat pandemi Covid-19. Mengonsumsi susu sapi yang dapat menjadikan jaringan periodontal sehat, merupakan upaya menegakkan tujuan Agama (Maqashid asy- Syari’ah) dalam menjaga kesehatan jiwa (hifzh an-nafs).

Judul : Relationship between cow's milk consumption behavior and periodontal tissue health in FKGUY preclinical students during the covid-19 pandemic
Background: In March 2020, WHO declared Covid-19 a pandemic. Covid-19 can be detected positively in a person if the immune system decreases. The reduced function of the immune system increases the occurrence of chronic inflammation, so that biofilm colonization is increased and the ability to prevent bacterial invasion of connective tissue is reduced. Improving the body's immunity can be done by fulfilling the right nutritional intake. Cow's milk is an excellent source of protein, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins. The Prophet applied a lifestyle to keep his body healthy, one of them by consuming milk which provides many benefits for humans. Objective: to determine the relationship between cow's milk consumption behavior and periodontal tissue health in FKGUY preclinical students during the Covid-19 pandemic and their views from an Islamic perspective. Methods: the number of samples in this study were 48 respondents. Data were collected using google form test Kendall. Results: 62.5% of FKGUY preclinical students had poor cow's milk consumption behavior, 95.8% of FKGUY preclinical students had good periodontal tissue health. Conclusion: there is no relationship (p-value = 0.712) between cow's milk consumption behavior and periodontal tissue health in FKGUY preclinical students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Consuming cow's milk, which can make periodontal tissue healthy, is an effort to uphold the purpose of Religion (Maqashid ash-Shari'ah) in maintaining mental health (hifzh an-nafs).
