Nurliani kuraising, tahun 2019. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia tbk. Unit Makassar, Skripsi Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Di Bimbing Oleh Pembimbing I Bapak Andi jam`an dan Pembimbing II Bapak Syafaruddin.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.

Japfa Comfeed indonesia Tbk. Unit Makassar. Hasil temuan di perolah bahwa hasil uji regresi untuk lingkungan kerja sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan uji regresi dari stres kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan, artinya variabel dari stres kerja menunjukkan nilai negatif terhadap karyawan pada PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Makassar. Sehingga yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah lingkungan kerja.

Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja , dan Kinerja Karyawan.

The pupose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment and job stress on employee perfomance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Makassar Unit. And to analize which variables were more influential between the work environment and job stres on amploye perfomance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Makassar Unit. The findings obtained that the results of the regression test the working environment very influential significant impact on the perfomance of employees. While, whereas resgression of job stress effect is not significant, meaning that the variableof job stress is negative on the perfomance of employess PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Makassar Unit. Making in the most dominant influance on employee perfomance is the work environment.
