AHMAD ASYRAF, 2021, Pengaruh Kompetensi Intelektual, Kompetensi Sosial, Kompetensi Spiritual, Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Makassar, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi intelektual, kompetensi sosial, kompetensi spiritual, terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Makassar. Sampel ini diambil dari kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan dan berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan pembagian kuesioner. Adapun Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model interaktif dengan responden, di mana data interpretasi responden kemudian diregulasikan dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis data dalam hal ini SPSS.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, maka diperoleh model persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = (-1,466) + 0,730 𝑋1 + 0,451 𝑋2 + (- 0,102) 𝑋3 + 𝜀 yang berarti kompetensi intelektual dan kompetensi spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dan dari hasil analisis uji t, nilai signifikan 0,000 dan 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti kompetensi intelektual dan kompetensi sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Makassar. Sedangkan kompetensi spiritual, dari analisis uji t nilai signifikan 0,428 > 0,05 yang berarti kompetensi spiritual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Makassar.

The purpose of this study is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the effect of intellectual competence, social competence, spiritual competence, on the performance of employees at the office of the Ministry of Religion of Makassar City. This sample was taken from the Makassar City Ministry of Religion office. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study.
Data was collected by observing and distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study uses an interactive model with respondents, where the respondent's interpretation data is then regulated by using data analysis techniques in this case SPSS.
Based on the results of data analysis that has been done, the model of multiple linear regression equations was obtained Y = (-1,466) + 0,730 𝑋1 + 0,451 𝑋2 + (-0,102) 𝑋3 + 𝜀 which means intellectual competence and spiritual competence have a positive effect on employee performance and from the results of the analysis of the test t, significant value 0,000 and 0,000 < 0,05 which means intellectual competence and social competence have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City. While spiritual competence, from the analysis of the test t significant value 0,428 > 0,05 which means that spiritual competence has no significant effect on the performance of employees in the office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City.
