ABSTRAK

“GO SPIRIT” Sebagai Corporate Culture Dalam Menjaga Reputasi Bank bjb Cabang Singaparna Tasikmalaya). Salah satu cara yang efektif untuk dilakukan dalam menghadapi persaingan perbankan yang begitu kompetitif adalah memiliki budaya perusahaan yang unggul. Bank bjb Cabang Singaparna mempunyai budaya perusahaan yang bernama “GO SPIRIT” yang terdiri dari Service Excellence, Profesionalism, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, Trust dan dua belas perilaku utama. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi bentuk komitmen organisasi (pimpinan dan karyawan), aktivitas bank bjb Cabang Singaparna, aktivitas komunikasi organisasi dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi kasus dan teori identitas menurut Fomburn.
Data yang didapat melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur.
Pemilihan informan terdiri dari dua informan utama dan satu informan pendukung. Dari hasil penelitian peneliti menyimpulkan bahwai “GO SPIRIT”
sebagai corporate upaya dalam menjaga reputasi bank bjb Cabang Singaparna Tasikmalaya.

Implementation of "Corporate Culture" in Maintaining the bjb Bank's Reputation (Case Study of Implementation of “GO SPIRIT” As a Corporate Culture in Maintaining the Bank's bjb Reputation in Singaparna, Tasikmalaya Branch). One effective way to deal with competitive banking competition is to have a superior corporate culture. The Singapore branch of the bjb bank has a corporate culture called "GO SPIRIT" which consists of Service Excellence, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, Trust and twelve main behaviors. The focus of this research is to identify the forms of organizational commitment (leaders and employees), bank activities in the Singapore branch of the BJB, organizational communication activities and challenges faced. This research uses qualitative methods, case studies and identity theory according to Fomburn. Data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The selection of informants consisted of two main informants and one supporting informant. From the results of the study the researchers concluded that the implementation of "GO SPIRIT" is an effort to maintain the reputation of the bank bjb branch.
