ABSTRAK

Proses pengelolaan aset di PT. Inovasi Dinamika Solusi saat ini didapati masih menggunakan pencatatan konvensional menggunakan aplikasi pengolah angka (Microsoft Excel) serta hanya dapat diakses oleh satu komputer. Cara seperti ini membuat proses pencarian informasi aset tidak dapat dilakukan secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Informasi aset seperti nilai persediaan, nilai ekonomi, dan penanggung jawab terakhir didapati tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan karena pencatatan tidak dilakukan secara realtime. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web dengan pencatatan yang terkomputerisasai dan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi.
Perancangan sistem ini ditunjang dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan tahapan observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan agar sistem yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu model Waterfall serta dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemodelan UML. Sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web ini dapat menjadi alat bantu operasional perusahaan dalam memperoleh informasi aset secara cepat, tepat, akurat serta informasi nilai persediaan, nilai ekonomi, serta penanggung jawab terakhir dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.

The process of asset management in PT. Inovasi Dinamika Solusi currently found are still using conventional recording using a number processing application (Microsoft Excel) and can only be accessed by one computer. This method makes the process of finding asset information not be done quickly, precisely, and accurately. Asset information such as inventory value, economic value, and the final responsibility is found to be irresponsible because the recording is not done in real time. Therefore, it is necessary to have a web-based asset management information system with computerized records that can solve problems that occur.
The design of this system is supported by data collection techniques with the stages of observation, interviews, and literature study so that the resulting system can meet the needs of the company. The system development model used is the Waterfall model and is designed using the UML modeling language. This web- based asset management information system can be a company's operational aids in obtaining asset information quickly, accurately, accurately, and information on inventory value, economic value, and ultimate responsibility can be accounted for.
