Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan secara finansial Hutan Rakyat Pola Agroforestry di Dusun Kalimbua Desa Tongko Kecamatan Baroko Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Dusun Kalimbua, Desa Tongko, Kecamatan Baroko, Kabupaten Enrekang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 4 pola Hutan Rakyat pola agroforestry. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pola I dengan masa pengelolaan 12 tahun dengan NPV sebesar Rp127.836.803,00, B/C Ratio 1,8592 dan nilai IRR 19,81%. Pola II masa pengelolaan 10 tahun nilai NPV Rp46.134.622,00, B/C Ratio 1,3623 dan Nilai IRR 15,42%. Pola III dimana masa pengelolaan 15 tahun dengan nilai NPV Rp316.201.454,00, B/C Ratio 3,1007 dan nilai IRR 28,87%. Pola IV masa pengelolaan 8 tahun dengan nilai NPV Rp14.079538,00, B/C Ratio 1,2312 dan nilai IRR 10,34%. Jadi, keempat pola ini memenuhi ketiga aspek ekonomi yaitu nilai NPV > 0, B/C Ratio > 1, dan nilai IRR diatas suku bunga yang berlaku saat ini yaitu 7%. Sehingga, keempat pola ini dinyatakan layak dikembangkan secara finansial.

This study aims to determine the financial feasibility of Agroforestry Pattern Community Forests in Kalimbua Hamlet, Tongko Village, Baroko District, Enrekang Regency. This research was carried out in Kalimbua Hamlet, Tongko Village, Baroko District, Enrekang Regency. The samples taken were 4 community forest patterns with agroforestry patterns. The data collection technique used is primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the research pattern I with a management period of 12 years with an NPV of Rp127.836.803,00, B/C Ratio of 1.8592 and an IRR value of 19.81%. Pattern II for the 10 years management period, the NPV value is Rp46.134.622,00, the B/C Ratio is 1.3623 and the IRR is 15.42%. Pattern III where the management period is 15 years with an NPV value of Rp316.201.454,00, B/C Ratio of 3,1007 and an IRR value of 28.87%. Pattern IV has a management period of 8 years with an NPV value of Rp14.079538,00, B/C Ratio of 1.2312 and an IRR value of 10.34%.
So, the four patterns fulfill three economic aspects, namely the NPV value > 0, B/C Ratio > 1, and the IRR value above the current interest rate of 7%. Thus, the four patterns are declared feasible to be developed financially.
