xiv ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran Job Satisfaction, Pay Satisfaction, dan Organizational Commitment terhadap Turnover Intention pada karyawan consumer marketing PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.

cabang Bekasi pada tahun 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap yang menjabat sebgai consumer marketing pada unit branch consumer lending unit (BCLU).

Peneliti melakukan survei dan responden diambil dari karyawan tetap consumer marketing untuk 84 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara menggunakan metode kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Patial Least Square (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0

Hasil kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Job Satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. 2) Pay Satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. 3) Organizational Commitment terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. 4) Pay Satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Commitment.

Kata kunci : Job Satisfaction, Pay Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention.

This research aims to determinate the Job Satisfaction, Pay Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention marker on consumer marketing emmployees at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. branch Bekasi in 2016.

The population in this study were permanent employees that served as consumer marketing at branch consumer lending unit (BCLU).

Researcher conducted serverys and the respondents were drawn from permanent consumer marketing employees for 84 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study by using a questionnaire method to collect information from respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 softwere.

The summary of result are : 1) Job Satisfaction have evidently significant impacts on Turnover Intention. 2) Pay Satisfaction have evidently significant impacts on Turnover Intention. 3) Organizational Commitment have evidently significant impacts on Turnover Intention. 4) Pay Satisfaction have evidently significant impacts on Organizational Commitment.
