3 Description This course provides the basis on how to manage public administration reforms needed to make changes to bureaucratic reform. In addition to providing the basic foundation for this course, it also steps to provide students with analytical skills on cases of public administration reform based on the theories that have been studied. In the end, students are able to provide recommendations on cases of public
administration reform at both national and global levels.
