Attention Contribute users getting new computers

If you are going to be receiving a new computer during the summer, please save your contribute keys and passwords.

PC Users: create a folder under My Documents called Contribute and place the contribute key there.

Put your contribute password into a word document and save that file there too.

Mac Users: create a new folder in HD (Hard Drive) called Contribute and place the contribute key there. Put your contribute password into a word document and save that file there too.

Banner Navigation and Finance Training

There will be a Banner INB Navigation training on Thursday, July 16 at 1 p.m. in Howell Hall (left side entrance). Immediately following, at approximately 2 p.m., we will have a Banner Budget training session.

Attending navigation training is a pre-requisite for any access to Banner INB, including budgets. If you are planning to attend either session, please contact Denise Kirschner x2602 or [email protected] or Theresa Gunn x2482 or [email protected] by noon, Wednesday, July 15.

Please complete the attached form for access to your budget in Banner. Send completed form to Theresa Gunn before the training session or bring to class with you.

Second Wingate Memorial Carillon Recital

The second performer in the 2009 Wingate Memorial Carillon Recital Series will be Dennis Curry, carillonneur and associate organist at Kirk in the Hills in Bloomfield Hills, MI. President of the Guild of Carillonneurs in North America for the last five years, he also is a member of the Executive Committee of the World Carillon Federation (WCF), serving as its vice president.

A carillon recitalist in the United States, Europe, and Asia, Currys has also performed in several prestigious international carillon festivals - Springfield (2002), Historic Bok Tower & Sanctuary (2003), L�gumkloster (2007), and Centralia (2002/2009).

He will perform a varied program that includes the Wingate Fantasy (written in honor of AU's first carillonneur), transcriptions from J. S. Bach, British folksongs, and settings of hymn tunes.

The free recital is on Tuesday, July 14 from 7 to 8 p.m. All are invited.

Family Program: Wegman's Zoomobile Thursday, July 16 at 10:30 a.m.

Learn the answers to some of nature's most perplexing riddles as the Zoomobile staff discuss animals with backbones and how they fit into our world.

Note: Although several animals will accompany the Zoomobile, this is not a petting zoo.

This library-sponsored program is free and open to the general public.
