ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari analisis rasio keuangan yang meliputi Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Pengujian ini dilakukan terhadap satu perusahaan yaitu PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk periode 2012-2016. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry &
Trading Company, Tbk periode 2012-2016.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif . Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode uji asumsi klasik, yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikonolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis dengan uji parsial (uji-t) dan uji hipotesis dengan uji simultan (uji-F) yang diolah dengan software Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25.0.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin dan Total Asset Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba serta Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Dari hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,940% atau 94% yang menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat.
Pengaruh atau kontribusi dari keempat variabel tersebut terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba sebesar 88,4%, sedangkan selebihnya sebesar 11,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratio analysis which includes Net Profit Margin, Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Debt to Equity Ratio to Profit Growth. This research is conducted on one company namely PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk period 2012-2016.
The data used in this study is secondary data from the financial statements of the company PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk period 2012- 2016.
The research method used are descriptive method and verification method.
Hypothesis testing is used by classical assumption test, consisting of normality test, multiconolinierity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis test with partial test (t-test) and hypothesis test with simultaneous test (F-test) processed with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) v.25. software.
The result of this research shows that Net Profit Margin and Total Asset Turnover have significant influence to Profit Growth and Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect to Profit Growth. From the results of statistical tests obtained correlation coefficient value of 0,940% or 94%
indicating a very strong relationship. The influence or contribution of the four variables to the Growth of Earnings amounted to 88,4%, while the rest of 11,6%
influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
