This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure to support student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji Ogan Komering Ilir. This study uses a qualitative method. The research subjects were principals, vice principals in the field of facilities and infrastructure, teachers and students. Retrieval of data using interview techniques, documentation and observation. The results of this analysis include several components, including the planning of facilities and infrastructure, organizing facilities and infrastructure, implementing management and controlling of facilities and infrastructure.

This analysis of constraints and solutions at school is related to cost or funding problems and is related to students.

Keywords: Management, Infrastructure and Student Learning Outcomes.

INTRODUCTION

Education is a universal activity in human life, because wherever and whenever in the world there is education. Education is essentially a human effort to humanize humans themselves, namely to civilize humans or to glorify human humanity. For the implementation of education properly and appropriately. , a science is needed that studies in depth how education should be carried out. The science which is the basis of this must have been tested for its truth and efficacy. This science is the science of education. Education without education knowledge will cause educational accidents [1].

Management is a process that involves guiding or directing a group of people towards organizational goals. However, there are those who say that management is both a science and an art. One of the management processes is to set definite goals and steps or actions. In reviewing management, human resources are needed in the future as well as how to achieve their goals and implement programs that then develop, including data collection for the effectiveness of ongoing programs and providing information to planning for meeting the needs for revisions and programs when needed [2].

An education is formed to achieve common goals, but to achieve goals effectively requires good and correct management. Management is an art of getting things done through other people. This opinion develops based on the fact that leaders achieve organizational goals by arranging other people to do the work required, without having to do the work themselves. Management is a specific practice that transforms groups of people into groups that are effective, goal-oriented, and productive [3].

Conditions related to existing facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency at this time, SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, in the last four years, has been very focused on facilities and infrastructure in order to fulfill and improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure which aims to meet the facilities and infrastructure in supporting student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency which refers to the National Education Ministerial Regulation No. 24 of 2007, regarding the standard of facilities and infrastructure as described by the researchers above, as for the actual current conditions. existing facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency which are contained in the minimum ratio requirements for the completeness of facilities and infrastructure.

As for some facilities and infrastructure that are no longer used, they should be removed [4].

METHOD

In general the research method is defined as a scientific way to obtain data with specific purposes and uses. When a researcher is going to conduct a study, of course, requires a method or method [5]. The method or method used is so that the researcher is more focused and can facilitate the research process itself. The research method can be interpreted as a systematic process or activity, then a researcher has planned to continue to be able to solve problems that are alive and useful for the community and for the researcher himself.

More specifically, the research subject is the person who is the main source of research, in this case the teacher is the main source. Subjects are people who can provide additional information related to the research conducted [6]. The subjects in this study were the Principal and Deputy Head of School for Facilities and Infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.

In research for collection, it is necessary to have a good data collection instrument [7]. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

Planning (Planning for Facilities and Infrastructure) at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, is a way to determine the need for program facilities and infrastructure to be carried out based on the conditions of the existing facilities and infrastructure in the school. Program planning (planning for facilities and infrastructure) through several processes, including school scores, determining school programs and determining the needs for facilities and infrastructure at the school. perdanai with the School Coordination Meeting.

The organization of suggestions and infrastructure is an activity of grouping the responsibilities of each manager's function in the field of educational facilities and infrastructure. If the organization goes well in accordance with the functions and tasks given, the organization in facilities and infrastructure will run smoothly and well. Organizing facilities and infrastructure includes setting up the organizational structure of the management of facilities and infrastructure, division of work tasks, arranging tools and practical materials and organizing practical activities.

The procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is carried out based on a decision on the coordination meeting at the beginning of the semester by adjusting the needs of the school program. school program.

The control of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency was carried out by taking an inventory of educational facilities and infrastructure. The solution is so that the school continues to make every effort to supervise the security and comfort system in the field of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir district.

The management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a process for procuring and supervising a specific goal in education. If there is no management, use and maintenance of educational facilities and infrastructure, education institutions will not pay attention to them. So the phenomenon that will be discussed is how to analyze the management of educational facilities and infrastructure that are important to support student learning outcomes in these schools. Because of the important role of school facilities and infrastructure for the smooth teaching and learning process, efforts are needed towards the management, procurement, use and maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure as effectively and efficiently as possible [8].

Planning for program facilities and infrastructure through a series of stages, namely coordination meetings, determining school programs, and determining the needs for educational facilities and infrastructure. After a school coordination meeting, the next step in planning facilities and infrastructure is determining school programs. Determining school programs at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji Regency Ogan Komering Ilir is held at the coordination meeting at the beginning of the semester. The determination of the school program is an agreement of all meeting participants for programs that will be implemented in order to support student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency.

Organizing facilities and infrastructure is an activity to classify the responsibilities of each manager's function in the field of educational facilities and infrastructure. If the organization runs in accordance with the functions and tasks given, the organization in facilities and infrastructure will run smoothly and well. Organizing facilities and infrastructure includes organizing organizational structures, managing facilities and infrastructure, dividing work tasks or job descriptions, arranging tools and practical materials, and arranging practical activities.

The provision of household facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is carried out to meet the needs of educational facilities and infrastructure so that teaching and learning activities can run well. The procurement of facilities and infrastructure constitutes school autonomy with a separate budget that comes from the school budget from the government, funds from bosses or donors [9]. The process of procuring facilities and infrastructure is determined by the principal in coordination with the treasurer, then the teacher (responsible for facilities and infrastructure) provides whatever items are needed).

The stages currently being carried out are data collection on the facilities and infrastructure owned. CONCLUSIONS

Based on the results of research on the Analysis of Facilities and Infrastructure Management in Supporting Student Learning Outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, it can be seen from the first several aspects, namely the planning of facilities and infrastructure covering various stages including School Coordination Meetings, Determining School Programs and determining the need for facilities. and infrastructure at the school. Then the second is the organization of facilities and infrastructure including various arrangements for the organizational structure of the management of facilities and infrastructure, the division of work tasks, the arrangement of practical tools and materials and others. Furthermore, the third is the implementation of the management of facilities and infrastructure sourced from the school's own budget, BOS funds, the government or donors. Maintenance of infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is carried out with periodic checks, repairs based on building conditions. Maintenance of facilities at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji Ogan Komering Ilir District is based on the maintenance of school facilities so that they can be used as teaching and learning activities with good results. The elimination of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 1 Mesuju, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency is carried out in accordance with the condition of goods that cannot be used anymore so that they do not meet the requirements. room. For educators and students, namely the use of facilities and infrastructure must be balanced with the needs of the school in order to get benefits from the use of facilities and infrastructure at

All elements of the school community must make use of the existing facilities and infrastructure at the school so that they are not in vain or redundant or just just a complement because in essence all the facilities provided by the school to provide good service and comfort for all elements of the school community.
