Analisis Kesiapan Mahasiswa Terhadap Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MKBM) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Penelitian ini memilih penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menganalisis kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.

Hasil data angket menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar siap mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). There are eight active forms of Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, including: (1) Student exchange, (2) internship/work practice, (3) teaching assistant in teaching unit, (4) Research, ( 5) Humanitarian project, (6) Business activities, (7) Independen studi ptoject, (8) Building thematic real work village. Based on the argumentation, the researcher tries to research on Analysis Students' Readiness of Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Policy at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Based on the description above, the formulation of the problem statement in this research is: How is students' readiness towards Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar.

In relation to the problem statement above, the purpose of the research is: To know the level of students' readiness for Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MKBM) policy at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The result of this research is expected to provide more information to all students about Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, especially in Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. The result of this research can be used as consideration of Muhammadiyah Univesity of Makassar and other collage for implemented Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy from the point of view of students' readiness.

In this research, the focus is on student readiness not institutional readiness in implementing the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka program.

REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE

Previous Related Research Findings

Haris et.al (2021), the results showed that the MBKM program was considered effective in achieving the objectives according to the respondents' views of students, lecturers, organizers and partners. Therefore, after concept of Independent Campus was implemented, freshmen would be the first group to be tried with this policy. In competence, UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta lecturers were known to meet the teaching quality standard.

In addition, the learning process method would be made creatively and innovatively to balance the MBKM dynamic. Ismail (2020), the findings of this study are a description of the ambitions and abilities of students majoring in art education, who are designed by universities to become art educators, not artists. When art education students are given the freedom to take credits outside of the context of art education, the graduates are expected to experience a shift from the Art Education College's vision and mission.

Art education graduates lack basic skills related to handling learning as educators, but are able to be skilled in creating art.

The purpose of the strategy of the Minister of Education and Culture Merdeka Belajar- Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is to encourage students to master many sciences that are useful in the workplace. The independent study program can be in the form prepared by the ministry, as well as programs prepared by higher education universities entered in the higher education database. Students in educational units such as primary, secondary and higher education participate in learning activities in the form of learning support and no more.

Independent learning can be implemented in the form of research activities at research institutes/study centers for students who enjoy doing research. Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) is a method to offer students who live in the middle of the outside world a learning experience. A good willingness to learn allows students to actively follow the learning process and easily absorb the lessons learned during the learning process.

Moreover, Widiarti (2018) defined readiness: a state in which students are ready to perform activities with full awareness to achieve results in the form of knowledge, understanding, skills, habits, values ​​and attitudes.

Conceptual Framework

Self-efficacy plays a very important role in learning activities, a person will be able to use his potential optimally if this is supported by his self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has a strong influence on student success, as students who have self-efficacy have the belief that "I can do it" and this is accompanied by great enthusiasm in doing each of their learning tasks, so that they succeed in every activity, on the contrary, students who lack self-efficacy or have low self-efficacy, these students have an "I can't do it" belief, characterized by avoiding many tasks, so that any activity these students do will be a failure. This self-efficacy must be developed or fostered by each student because it will affect their willingness to accept lessons (Oktariani, 2018).

Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka is a program launched by Nadiem Makarim and has four main programs. There are eight types of learning activities of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, including: (1) Student exchange, (2) internship/work practice, (3) teaching assistant in the teaching unit, (4) Research, (5) Humanitarian project , (6) Entrepreneurial activities, (7) Independent studies, (8) Building a thematic real working village. To participate in various forms of learning activities from this program, students must have good preparedness.

Readiness is an individual state that has made it ready to give a reaction or answer in specific to certain situations." Individual readiness will prepare individuals to respond to the situation in their own way. Students who have good learning readiness will produce better learning outcomes compared to the results obtained without any good readiness. To measure the students' readiness for Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar, four indicators will be used including: Knowledge and Skill, Motivation and Self-Efficacy.

Slameto in Eliyani and Yanto (2016), stated that the aspect that affects students' readiness is knowledge and skills. In addition, Fachraini (2017) explained that motivation is an important factor in doing something because this desire drives someone to make a strong effort in activity being done, in this case willingness to learn. In addition, someone who believes or has high self-efficacy will feel ready to learn, while someone who is unsure and restless in the face of the world of learning will be forced to depend on good luck, Utami and Hudaniah (2013 ).

Kuesioner dan wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar dilihat dari segi pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar dilihat dari segi motivasi.

Kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar dilihat dari sudut pandang self-ability. Hasil angket kesiapan mahasiswa Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar adalah baik. Hasil angket kesiapan mahasiswa Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar adalah baik.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) Universitas Muhammadiyah. 7 Saya tidak memiliki kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan untuk mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka. 8 Saya tidak memiliki kemampuan memecahkan permasalahan yang rumit untuk mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka.

Menurut Anda, manfaat apa yang diperoleh mahasiswa jika dapat mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka?

In conclusion, this study has summarized all the findings to know the extent to which students are ready for the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy in the fifth semester of English Education Department Muhammadiyah University of Makassar from the point of view of knowledge and skills, motivation and self-efficacy. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that students of Muhammadiyah University of Makassar are ready to participate in the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program. This is reflected in the score percentage of each aspect of readiness. The score percentage of three aspects of readiness namely knowledge and skills, motivation and self-efficacy were respectively and all were categorized as good.

They are also interested in participating in learning activities at Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) to get certificates, and experiences that will be useful in the future.

Suggestions

9 Saya memiliki kecerdasan emosional untuk mengendalikan kesadaran dan mengendalikan emosi untuk mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka. 12 Saya senang mencoba hal-hal baru, termasuk berencana mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka. 15 Pujian dari orang lain membuat saya semakin semangat mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka.

29 Saya ingin nyaman berteman dengan siapapun sehingga memudahkan saya mengikuti program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka. Tahukah Anda keterampilan apa saja yang perlu dipersiapkan untuk mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka?
