All lecturers, especially graduates of the International Business study program, who taught during the lecture. The practical work program is one of the compulsory subjects to be taken by the students of the Department of Business Administration, International Business Administration Study Program of Bengkalis State Polytechnic. Based on the above, the author, as a student of the International Business Administration study program, decided to do an internship at PT.

Purpose of the Apprenticeship

Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Unit Dumai Joint Marketing Unit is to increase knowledge and experience in state-owned companies. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Unit Dumai during the apprenticeship, the writer is placed in the general field and the operational admin field. Practical work can strengthen cooperation and socialization between State Polytechnic of Bengkalis with PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara Unit Dumai.

Company Profile

The business segment developed by the company is in palm oil distribution services in the storage tank system. SAN by KPBN is based on strategic direction in the company's 2020-2024 long-term plan PTPN Group to restructure subsidiaries. The company logo has its own meaning for the company and has its own characteristics.

This week the author Briefing of work procedures in Operation Admin Field and Record daily CPO (Crude Palm Oil).

This week is the author recording CPO, the first thing to do is separate the SPB according to the blue and red PTPN 3 and PTPN 5 books. This week for checking SPB, the author has to make sure that the records in the book are the same as what was entered on the computer, this is done by the employee at the place. This week, the author records daily CPO receipts (Crude Palm Oil) by the name of the PKS, calculates total CPO receipts for each PKS (Palm Oil Company), files mail receipts of goods in Ordner, puts the report sheet in the filing cabinet, and Healthy activities.

This week the author who records the daily CPO is done every day, the need to check the SPB is to ensure that the data in the book is the same as what is entered into the computer, it is done by the employee on site.

Systems and Procedures

Conclusion

Paying attention to administrative completion, such as an internship application letter from the campus, complying with company regulations and ensuring that the field covered in the internship is consistent with the field covered during the lecture. Carefully perform assigned tasks so that unwanted or fatal errors do not occur and communicate and build good relationships with employees to facilitate the practice implementation process. Practitioners are able to understand mandated duties and responsibilities and pay attention to good behavior and ethics while in the practice environment.

Cooperation, socialization with companies and the development of computer business learning such as the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and English learning should be strengthened so that students can more easily understand English terms in computers and applications. Expanding the cooperation network in terms of accepting student internships with several institutions related to the field of Provide internship students with knowledge of morals and ethics at work so that during the internship period they will bring good name to the campus and the study program.

When accepting students who perform practical work, at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara Unit Dumai must provide a special place, where later this department can coordinate and guide and provide knowledge to students who perform practical work. Give confidence to the practitioner to help with the work, and give criticism or instructions to interns. The students are given assignments according to the main subjects taken and in accordance with the practical courses and with the expertise they possess, even if the work given is different, but still has something to do with the main subjects.

The apprenticeship supervisors are more voluntary and willing to share some of their knowledge with the interns to increase their knowledge of practice in the world of work and the company.

Application letter for practical work
