‘Path of the Teabowl’ Exhibit ALFRED – The October Alfred Art Walk, scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 21, will feature a guided tour through the current exhibition at the Alfred Ceramic Art Museum, Path of the Teabowl at 5pm.

The 14th annual “Iron Pour Meltdown” will be held Thursday, Oct. 21, at the Alfred University School of Art and Design’s National Casting Center foundry, below Binns-Merrill Hall, near the ceramic wood- fired kiln building.

exhibition Path of the Teabowl, currently on view at the Museum.
Wednesday Speaker Series: Fafnir Adamites

Fiat Festifall set for October 30 Student Activities Board and the Institute for Cultural Unity present Fiat Festifall on Saturday, October 30 beginning at 2pm under the big tent on the lawn at the Brick.
The event includes vendors, activities, film screening, pumpkin carving contest, food trucks, a costume dance and more. This event is free and open to the public.

The Alfred Ceramic Art Museum on Sept.
23 opened what Museum Director Wayne Higby describes as “the Museum’s most ambitious exhibition to date,” Path of the Teabowl, curated by Meghen Jones, Associate Professor of Art History at Alfred University’s School of Art and Design. The exhibit will run through Dec. 29.
