In this conference we take the theme of "Sustainable Future for Human and Natural Resource Development". All the participants come from nine countries, including the United States, Sudan, Russia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia, India and Gambia. And today I would like to warmly welcome all the participants including the invited speaker, seminar attendant and speaker in our university in BICMST 2020.
All invited speakers have different specialties and will present their research at BICMST. PLENARY SESSION SUMMARY
One of the examples is the interseismic period along the megathrust in West Java, where a recent study showed that this active region is accumulating energy to be released as an earthquake in the future, at least with a magnitude of 8.7. The vertical displacement of GNSS sites located near the epicenter plays an important role in determining the depth of the fault. The coseismic refracted by previous studies analyzed to search for the most suitable model that explains the postseismic deformation of the earthquake.

Means Collaborative Filtering Serendipity Recommender System
Then to get an area of possible serendipity value using the distance calculation between clusters. For this reason, the participation and role of young people in disaster risk reduction of Mount Sinabung eruption is urgently needed. Data collection to obtain the system requirements is done through in-depth interviews with several stakeholders and people involved during disaster management and based on the experience of the Lombok NTB earthquake disaster, then proceed to develop the system models of information.

With this input data, after calculation, a visualization of the visibility prediction of the Hilal at any location in the world is produced in the form of a crescent-shaped visibility map. The verification performed on the developed algorithm shows that the results are quite accurate and suitable for various criteria of the Hijri calendar used in Indonesia and internationally.

Iron sand is one of the minerals in East Java that has many benefits. Interpretation is carried out based on the rocks distribution parameters and regional geological information of the research area so that the pattern of distribution of iron sand around Jolosutro beach can be drawn.

This is a descriptive research using survey as a data collection technique which used questionnaires as its instrument. The purpose of the survey is to gain details of the background and specific characteristics of a case or events related to the implementation of blended learning at the Faculty of Cultural Studies, Universitas Brawijaya. Teen gaps are very hard to find in Musi Banyuasin Regency, while teenagers are the descendants of this art of Gaps. The aim of the study was to determine the interest of teenagers in Sekayu Community, Musi Banyuasin in the preservation of Senjang poetry. The results of the study revealed that speaking (91%) and listening (85%) became the most important skills needed out of the four language skills (speaking, listening, writing, reading).

This article provides an analysis based on international law perspectives regarding the development of renewable energy industry in the outermost islands, which could be a non-military strategic policy to strengthen “the present of states” so that it has consequences will have for the defense of the country. Alfred Thayer Mahan's concept of maritime security, and Marsetio's concept of Sea Power Indonesia provide guidance in explaining the maritime threats arising from the weakening of 'the present of the state' in the outer islands .
Summary – The importance of ICT knowledge among biology teachers to integrate learning activities in the 21st century. The fact is that although the availability of ICT tools for education is increasing, it is not directly proportional to their use in learning activities.
