4. Discussion
Nurse satisfaction is correlated with performance of nurses4. Every hospital should struggle to make good services for patients safety. The main core of hospitals is nurses, because daily activity nurse always have meet and communicate with patients.
Nurse profession is important in hospital, based on result we can see nurse feel satisfied of nurse profession (92.1%), if we see survei from questionnaire, there is nurse feel unsatisfied between 0 – 5 years working periode, from previous of research4, show working periode 0 -5 years still find identity in working are, so they try to find another chance to work in another hospital to gain experience. Second is from salary every nurse in early stage of working try to find high salary, they hope if moving to another hospital, there will be chance to get higher salary in new place/hospital. So this is the reason nurses which have working periode 0 – 5 years feel unsatisfied and try to get another job in another hospitals. So we can have conclusion nurse satisfaction toward nurse profession will decrease because this condition.
Nurse training had correlation to nurse satisfaction because it can effect to hospitals services, most nurses feel satisfied when they have a good
training in hospitals , because they can develop they skill in nursing division and can be something useful in their future as nurse, from this research we can see nurse satisfaction toward training is good, because training we can see nurse performance will improve significant. In last research said training will be have positive result for nurse performance in Pelamonia hospitals Makasar5.
In pandemic situation training , every nurse need training to maintain nurse performance and make sure services still can running well. In hospital kabupaten Tangerang, they still do a virtual training to make sure hospital service can running well.
In this research correlation between nurse assessment with nurse satisfaction show more than 90% nurses satisfied, we can see assessment which implemented in hospital is easy to implement from nurse division, so because satisfaction number is high we can have conclusion can increase services to patients and increase nurse performance. Based on previous journal there is correlation between nurse assessment toward nurse satisfaction6.
Ethic implementation had correlation with nurse satisfaction , in this research we can see good result ,more than 90% nurse feel satisfy with ethic implementation in hospital, in previous journal there is correlation between ethical implementation with nurse satisfaction , and have positive correlation 7For the blaming culture still under 90% , nurse divison should take action about blame culture and implement just culture.
5. Conclusion
Based on research to nurse who work in Hospital Kab Tangerang, we have conclusion all the nurse satisfied with their profession, training, assesment and ethical implementation, there is improvement room to reduce blame culture in nurse division and implement just culture ini nurse division. Nurses with working periode 0 – 10 years should have good coaching from their leaders, because these periode , nurses still have looking for new job in new places and try to have opportunity . also training should be running in this pandemic with virtual training.
