Anwesend waren Rath, Dr. Fischer, Vonnegut,
Lieber, Scherer und Westing. Stempfel
konnte wegen Abwesenheit aus der Stadt und
Nix krankheitshalber nicht anwesend sein.
Turnlehrer Rath führte den Vorsitz.
Das Protokoll der letzten Sitzung wurde
verlesen und angenommen.
Die Abstimmung über die Wahl als “President
of the Normal College” ergab das Resultat,
daβ Turnlehrer Emil Rath mit 11 Stimmen
einstimmig ernannt wurde.
Die Abstimmung über die Verleihung von
Titeln ergab das Resultat, daβ den folgenden
Bewerbern die respektiven Titel mit 11 Stimmen
einstimmig zuerkannt wurden:

Die Administration Behörde wurde beauftragt,
mit der Wisconsin University betreffs Auf=
stellung eines Programs des Sommerkurses
zu correspondiren.
Der Schatzmeister berichtete den Empfang
von $950 00, nebst folgendem Schreiben aus
Davenport, Iowa.

Der Präsident des Verwaltungsrates wurde beauftragt,
im Namen des Turnlehrerseminars den Testament=
vollstreckern ein passendes Dankesschreiben zukommen
zu lassen.
Es wurde ebenfalls beschlossen, den Brief in der
N. A. Turnzeitung zu veröffentlichen.
Die folgenden Rechnungen wurden zur Zahlung
angewiesen:

Meeting on April 16, 1910
Present: Rath, Dr. Fischer, Vonnegut, Lieber, Scherer and Westing.
Absent: Stempfel, out of town and Nix, due to illness.
Gymnastic instructor Rath chaired the meeting. Last meeting’s minutes were read and approved.
The vote for “President of the Normal College“ produced the following result: gymnastic faculty Emil Rath received 11 votes and was thus unanimously elected for president.
The vote for the award of academic titles ended with the result that the following candidates were awarded the corresponding titles unanimously:

The administrative office was instructed to contact Wisconsin University regarding preparation of a classes schedule for the summer course.
The treasurer reported $950. 00 were received accompanied by the following notice from Davenport, Iowa:

Greetings!
With this letter, we, the testament executors of our deceased father and father in-law Henry Koehler, send on to you a bank transfer in the amount of $950 as his bequest of $1,000. 00 to your esteemed society - $50 subtracted, which our state claims as inheritance tax.
With this letter, please find a true copy of the instructions as given in his last will and testament: “ I give to the Turn Lehrer Seminar des Nord Amerikanischen Turner Bundes of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the sum of One Thousand ($1000.-) Dollars, for the purpose of forming a nucleus of an endowment fund for the maintenance of the usefulness of said seminary.”

Executors of the Estate of Henry Koehler, deceased.
The president of the Board of Trustees was instructed to send a fitting note of gratitude to the testament executors on behalf of the Turnlehrerseminar (Gymnastic Faculty Seminary).
It was also decided to print the letter in the North American Gymnastic Newspaper.
