Sitzung am 20. Mai 1911.
Anwesend waren die Turner Stempfel, Rath, Scherer,
Wittich, Geo. Vonnegut und Westing. Präsident Stempfel
führte den Vorsitz.
Das Protokoll der letzten Sitzung wurde verlesen und
angenommen.
Für die Administrativbehörde berichtete Seminarleiter Rath,
daβ ein Uebereinkommen mit Präsident Stowe vom Butler
College getroffen sei. Für die Benutzung des Turnplatzes,
der Hörsäle und der Badeeinrichtung währed des Sommer
kursus, an Nachmittagen, sind $50 00 an Butler College
zu zahlen. Das Uebereinkommen wurde gutgeheiβen.
Rath berichtete ferner, daβ Dr. John E. Morris $100 00,
Walter J. Wittich $75 00, und Dr. Harriet E. Turner $36 00
für ihre Tätigkeit während des Sommerkursus erhalten
sollen. Gutgeheiβen.
Wegen der Krankheit Dr. Fischer’s werden Dr. Morris
und Seminarleiter Rath die von ihm gelehrten Fächer
bis zum Ende des Semesters übernehmen. Gutgeheiβen.
Der Antrag, einen Wasserbehälter für Trinkwasser anzu-
schaffen, wurde angenommen.
Das Programm für die am 15. Juni stattfindende Schluβ-
feier wurde angenommen.
Auf Antrag der Administrativbehörde wurde beschlossen,
den Abiturienten des zweijährigen Kursus Diplome auf
Pergament auszustellen.

President Stempfel chaired the meeting.
Last meeting’s minutes were read and approved.
On behalf of the Administrative Office, course leader Rath reported that an arrangement has made with Butler College president Stowe – a $50 00 fee will be paid to Butler for the use of the sports field, auditoriums and the bathing facility on afternoons during the summer course. The arranged was approved.
In addition, Rath reported that Dr. John E. Morris Walter J. Wittich and Dr. Harriet E. Turner will received respectively $100 00, $75 00 and $36 00 for their duties at the summer course.
Approved.
Due to Dr. Fischer’s illness, Dr. Morris and course leader Rath will take over the classes he taught through the end of the semester. Motion granted.
The proposal to acquire a water container for drinking water was accepted.
The program for the commencement taking place on June 15 was approved.
Upon the request of the Administrative Office, it was decided to print the diplomas of the graduates of the two-year course on vellum.
