Anwesend: F. Vonnegut, G. Vonnegut, Lieber, Scherer, Pantzer, Stempfel, Toll.
Turner Scherer erbot sich, weil er ohnedies eine Reise nach Milwaukee unternehmen müste, Elkhart Lake zu besuchen und einige notwendige Ange- legenheiten zu besorgen.Er wurde ermächtigt, einen Mann und eine Frau anzustellen,
Verbesserungen am Boothaus, Dock und anderen Orten, wenn nötig, anzuordnen und mit Herrn Donohue u. A. über die Verlegung der Straβe zu sprechen.
Direktor Rath berichtete, daβ die Indiana A. A. U.
alle Kosten eines Wetturnens in unserem Turnsaal am 4. März tragen werde und daβ er die Arrangements dafür treffen werde.
Ferner berichtete er, daβ der Student Carl Cornelius krankheitshalber nach Weihnachten nicht zurück- gekehrt ist.
Rath erhielt die Berechtigung, die vom Bundes- Erziehungsbureau einberufene Konferenz am 28. Februar in Chicago zu besuchen, desgleichen eine Versammlung der Western New York Physical Education Association in Buffalo.
Beschlossen, das Hotel in Elkhart Lake “Hotel Camp Brosius” zu nennen.
Folgende Rechnungen wurden zur Zahlung angewiesen:

Turner Scherer who needs to go to Milwaukee anyway offered to visit Elkhart Lake and take care of a few things. He was authorized to hire a man and a woman, to order any necessary repairs in the boat house, at the docks and other locations and to talk to Mr. Donohue about the relocation of the road.
Dean Rath reported that the Indiana A. A. U. will pick up all expenditures of a competition on March 4 in our gym and that he will take care of the arrangements.
In addition, he reported that the student Carl Cornelius did not returned after Christmas due to illness.
Rath was granted approval to attend the conference hosted by the National Education Bureau on February 28 in Chicago, as well as a meeting of the Western New York Physical Education Association in Buffalo.
Decided to name the Hotel at Elkhart Lake “Hotel Camp Brosius”.
