Emergency Hypertension presenting chest pain in Grade 1 AV Block patient with heart failure

Significant hypertension and bradycardia are often seen together in daily practice. Severe hypertension sometimes using multidrugs therapy can lead to bradycardia. In this case we report an emergency hypertension with grade 1 AV block in a patient that drop out of treatment.
This case interested us due to the combination of bradycardia and a hypertensive emergency who drop out of treatment for 2 year.
