One issue that fascinated the researcher to look at approximately those college students' personality was that the instructor once requested the scholars who at some point in the lesson were constantly saving quietly to practice English in front of the class. Meanwhile, the scholars who usually had excessive motivation to speak English, now no longer considered that they had any problems performing English in front of the classroom. The result of this study is expected to be used theoretically and practically.. a) The result of the research will give a new perspective on speaking ability. Or through the way of evaluating which elements or variables have the maximum impact on the adjustments that arise as a result of the studies being carried out.
Not the use of instances as evidence of the records of the investigations he did.
Personality
The Understanding of Personality
The study contains a model of the nervous system in which extroverts show less neural activity than introverts. Research shows that personality traits or personality come from genetics and tend to remain or not change. The maintenance of character is established by means of an extended view of the way of tracking the lives of people who have had the same aspect for many years.
This echoes the view of Gail Sheely, a lecturer and columnist at Vanity Fair magazine. Jung divides the primary characteristic of human character into four types, namely: feeling characteristic, question mark characteristic, feeling characteristic, and intuitive characteristic. Ned Herman said that the properties of the mind affect the way we assume and learn.
The four main characteristics are character traits that can be eternal and unchanging, that originate in the hemispheres of the mind and can be used frequently.
Type Of Personality A. Extrovert
Then, extroverted people can be seen by how they fit in with other people in their environment. Based on Eysenck in George Boeree, a standard extrovert is someone who has a tendency to be sociable, wants human beings to talk to him, easy and constructive. It can be assumed that researchers who have extroverted personality have a tendency to do a lot of interaction due to the fact that they prefer to socialize, talk and also connect with different human beings. Furthermore, researchers who have extroverted personality have a tendency to be easy-going, which means that they have a tolerant mentality to interact with others.
Extroverted college students can be said to be constructive which suggests that the extroverted college students have excessive motivation to gain knowledge of the process so that now they are no longer afraid or worried once they have to face a selected situation. According to Jung in Alizadeh, introversion is an attitude of the psyche characterized by an orientation towards one's own thoughts and feelings." It can be said that introvert as an attitude of personality type that is characterized by an individual thoughts and feeling about something. Therefore, introvert is the personality types of an individual who keep their thoughts and feelings in their mind, and then they don't like to share their thoughts and feelings with other people.
Then, introverted college students have a particular plan to do something along with which they assume first earlier than communicating to others. It can be said that during the study system, introverted college students can't be bothered in a specific situation that wants them to talk, and moreover they now no longer have enthusiasm to cope with a specific state of affairs.

According to Sugiyon, it is called a quantitative method because the research data is in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. According to Siregar, the problem-solving process in the descriptive research method is the description of the research object in the present tense based on the facts as they are, then analyzed and interpreted. The population of this research is the second year students of SMP Negeri 3 Pancur Batu.
The writer chooses in the second year of secondary school in academic year 2020/2021 in SMP Negeri 3 Pancur Batu. The writer will be taken from classes VIII-A and VIII-F. The students are divided into two groups. The speaking test used by the author is the scores of extroverted and introverted speaking students in the second year of SMP Negeri 3 Pancur Batu.
In the first meeting, the researcher explained the material related to narrative text, such as; the grammar used in the text and the structure of the text. In the second meeting, the researcher asked the students to deliver their narrative text about their experience. 13 – 16 Good Sometimes makes grammatical and/or word order mistakes, which however do not obscure meaning.

These two factors will be met by a test before it can be used to extract valuable data in research.
It can be concluded that an instrument is a valid instrument if it can appropriately reveal the data of the studied variables. It can be said that validity of a thesis extends to what the test measures what it is intended to measure. Content validity refers to the extent to which a test measures a representative sample of the subject or the behavioral changes being considered.
This means content validity is about how well the test measures the subject and learning outcomes covered during the teaching period. If the data is suitable for the fact, the result will be the same, although it is exercised many times.
