(22)

VIII.I University

Internship is a very useful program from President University where students can learn new skills whilst enhance the old skills but for this program to grow there several considerations can be applied to the program.

a. Avoid miscommunication with the students.

b. Having clear rules and regulations before the program started.

VIII.II Companies

1. Puspita Martha International Beauty School

Puspita Martha International Beauty School already had good management and employee performance, but there are aspects that can be improved, such as:

a. In the Event division could be added more people to maximize the work of the team, and it would be better if the team consist of full-time employee and intern, not all intern.

b. The separation of job, so not everyone does the same job. Make two groups, the one to contact the schools and universities and the one to visit them.

c. Engage more with the students through social medias with connecting to the school and universities official social medias.

2. Ajita Indonesia

Ajita Indonesia could have more developed management and performance, but to acquire so there are aspects need to be improved and changed, such as:

a. Have a concrete department of Human Resource, don’t give the task of employee management to Account Executive division.

b. Be honest about the system to the employee and intern by providing concrete contract.

c. To enhance the performance decrease giving double job to the employee and intern.
