ABSTRACT
The construction worker is one of the workforce that is mostly done by the community in Indonesia. However, based on a survey conducted by construction workers, they have various problems and obstacles, including the construction workers only work when they receive a project call to work, so it is not uncommon for construction workers to be unemployed before getting a job. In addition, construction workers also have a fairly low salary when compared to the risks that will be experienced when working. Based on the BPS in 2022, the average salary for construction workers in North Sumatra is Rp. 80.000/day. Based on a survey conducted by the team to the construction workers, it was found that 80% of the construction workers had been deceived in their work. Responding to these conditions, the team was compelled to provide solutions by utilizing technology for construction workers by creating an android-based kuliku.id application. The purpose of this kuliku.id application is as an effort to reduce problems for construction workers. This application is also expected to be able to provide reliable projects and appropriate salaries.

1. INTRODUCTION
The Covid-19 pandemic, which has been running for 2 years, has had a huge impact on humans. One of the impacts experienced by the community, especially Indonesia, is the economic problem. The Covid-19 outbreak that entered Indonesia in early 2020 caused workers to have to quit their jobs forcibly or forcibly or commonly known as layoffs. Based on data from the Ministry of Manpower, there are 29.4 million workers affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, this figure includes workers who have been laid off, laid off or reduced by working hours (Triatmojo, 2021). In general, workers who experience layoffs are those who have a background as office employees and factory workers or workers who already have a steady income every month. However, it's different with construction workers who have job status not fixed and moving. The construction workers only work every time they get a project, so it is not uncommon for the construction workers to be unemployed before they get a project. Even when the project search process the workers have to go through the price negotiation stage. In fact, if it is seen from the number of hours worked and the risk of accidents at work for the construction workers, it is not worth it if they have to give a cheap service price. In Indonesia, there are around 15 million construction workers who have not been looked at for their services and roles in building construction infrastructure (Deny, 2019).
In North Sumatra Province, the average construction worker salary is IDR 80,000/day (BPS, 2022).
But in fact, the nominal is still often negotiated. This is certainly not in accordance with the eligibility received

by the construction workers. However, it is difficult for the construction workers to get the project, making the construction workers have to accept wages that are not appropriate.
Through a survey conducted by the proposing team to a number of construction workers in the city of Medan and its surroundings, complaints can be obtained from the construction workers. In terms of income, the construction workers are able to meet the needs of daily life, but cannot be used for other costs such as education costs. In addition, the most common complaint expressed by construction workers is the difficulty of obtaining construction projects from trusted people. Because, 80% of the total surveys, construction workers have experienced fraud and were not even given the proper wages.
Based on the problem above, then we will create a solution through a mobile-based application. The construction workers can search for projects through the application. And customers looking for construction laborers can also get construction workers through the application. The hope is that by utilizing technology, it can help construction workers in earning income and assist the government in reducing poverty in Indonesia.
2. RESEARCH METHOD Preparation phase
In the process of making the kuliku.id application, there are several things that the team must prepare, including:
1. Designing a prototype to make it easier for the team to design a program on the kuliku.id application 2. Conceptualize the kuliku.id application algorithm
3. Preparing a VPS As a server for the front page of the kuliku.id application website Implementation Stage
Here are things that can be done to create a kuliku.id application:
1. Design the flow design for the kuliku.id application
2. Installing the flutter framework as an application framework kuliku.id 3. Designing UI/UX designs related to the kuliku.id application
4. Build a view based on the prototype
5. Provide firebase as the main database for the kuliku.id application 6. Install VPS as server for front page.
7. Write program code and run it Evaluation Stage
The evaluation stage is carried out to ensure the application can run, including:
1. Testing the application to see the condition of the application workload 2. Checking Bugs on the kuliku.id application
3. Perform maintenance on the database to make it more structured and neat.
4. Collect feedback from users to produce better applications 3. RESULTS AND ANALYSIS
The Student Creativity Week Program in the field of Copyright with the title Innovation to Increase the Welfare of Construction Workers Workforce with Android-Based Technology using the kuliku.id Application has been running smoothly, because the preparation stage for the implementation phase has successfully proceeded according to the timeline on the challenge. The first step taken before running this program is to visit the construction workers to find out the more specific needs desired by the users.
The results that have been achieved are successful in creating a login display as a handyman and as a customer. Then the implementation team also succeeded in making the main dashboard display the point of view of the handyman with the project list feature and the login selection feature as a builder or client. Apart from that, in the main dashboard there is a display of tools and materials which will later be used as a feature to search for tools and building materials. Apart from that, there is also a wholesale feature which can later be used as a feature for contractors who are looking for work using a wholesale system. In the main dashboard there is also a feature to add projects that can be used by a customer in adding a new project. The implementation team also succeeded in creating a help feature that will be used to contact the developer if there is a problem.

No. Target Achievement
Done Not Yet 1. Survey of construction workers to find out the needs of
construction workers 100% -
2. Designing the appearance of kuliku.id in accordance
with the prototype display 100% -
3. Create a project search feature 100% -
4. Create a project add feature 100% -
5. Create a list feature as a builder and client 100% -
6. Builder search feature 100% -
7. Publication of works 65% 35%
8. Preparation of activity progress reports, final reports,
documentation and financial reports 95% 5%
Achievement of external targets 95% 5%
Based on the results of the percentage of achievement data targeted by the PKM-KC team, it can be seen that currently PKM-KC with the kuliku.id application product has reached 95%. Based on the percentage above, it can be seen that there are several features that are not yet perfect, so that in the future some features will be perfected in the kuliku.id application.
4. CONCLUSION
Based on the discussion that has been done, the following conclusions are obtained:
1. The kuliku.id application can be used by construction workers to reduce the risk of inappropriate salaries, untrustworthy work and the risk of being unemployed when there is no work call.
2. This application can be used on Android devices, so it can be used anywhere and anytime.
