In order to support and promote graduate level studies and research, especially to increase the international atmosphere and good relationships among students in the ASEAN at Prince of Songkla University (PSU), Graduate School would like to announce application for the scholarship awards of MAster and Ph.D. studies: Thailand's Education Hub for ASEAN Conntries CTEH-AC) scholarship as follows:
1. Numbcl' of Grants:
Doctoral Degree 50 Grants Master's Degree 10 Grants 2. The durations of Grants!
Doctoral Degree 3 Years Master's Degree 2 Years 3. Requh'cments of Applicants:
3.1 New graduate students who are expected to study in semester 112015 at Prince of Songkla University.
3.2 The student must be the citizen of ASEAN countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Bnmei, Singapore, the Philippines, BUl1lla (Mymunar), Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. Six countries including Japan, South Korea, China and Taiwan, India, Austl'lliia and New Zealfmd as arc also eligible but the applicants from ASEAN Countries will be given the first priority. In addition, citizens of other countries are welcome but will be in last priority.
3.3 Bachelor (for Master) or Master degree (for Ph.D.) graduated 01' expected to graduate in academic year 2014. The academic area gained ill previous degree must match and fulfill the requirements of the available school's cllIl'jculunl.Please see the detailed infoll11ation about the school that the applicant is interested in.
The gradu~te students who are currently studying in PSU are not eligible fOI' this scholarship.
3.4 The student must pass officially recognized English language exam having the minimum TOEFL scores of 500 or IELTS of 5,0
3.5 The individual applicant is requil'ed to choose only one program at best fit.
4. The individual scholarship supports:
4.1 Monthly allowance 4.2 Tuition fee
4.3 Economic class International traveling expense 5. Tcl'nlS:
5.1 The scholar mllst report the progress of study in every semester, i.e., 6 months, to the Graduate School, PSU.
5.2 To fulfill the scholarship, the scholar lllllst publish his/her dissertation in the reputable peer-reviewed intel1lationaljollrnaI(s): 2 publications for a Ph.D.: one for a Master's Degree.
5.3 The scholar must maintain good academic standing CGPA?: 3) and complete the study within the given time frame.
5.4 As a scholar witl take part of PSU 1 ntemational society, helshe needs to participate the social meetings and other activities ofPSU.
5.5 Other terms restrict to the measures of the fimding regulations established by Graduate School, PSU.

6. Re(IUircd Docnmcnts:
6.1 A copy of English proficiency certificate scores TOEFL or IELTS recognized English language exam having the minimum TOEFL scores of 500 or fELTS of 5.0
6.2 Curriculum Vitae (CV).
6.3 Transcript of the highest degree gained as well as that of Bachelor's degree.
6.4 Reseal'ch description/plan in English about 800 words (If any).
6.5 Letters ofrecolllmendation fi'oll1 2 referees, e.g. former professors, instructors, and/or supervisors in former school and/or work place (Tf any),

Students 8. How to aPl>ly for scholarships:
8.1 Online application submissions (www.grad.psu.ac.th/eng). : A Student must submit PSU graduate study online (w,vw.grad.pslI.ac.th/eng) and follow the regular admissiou procedure to get accepted from department !curriculum. The required docnments (item 6) must be uploaded for the committee to teview and consider granting the scholarship. Shortage or lack of the required documents may lead to reject the scholarship application.
9. Method of selection:
9.1 The applicants will be detenllined by the committee.
9.2 The decision of committee will be end without any appeal.
