The researcher used pre-experimental research by quantitative method which the data obtained from the oral test. It can thus be concluded that there was an improvement in the students' speaking skills, especially in pronunciation, before and after the researcher gave treatment using electronic media. Alhamdulillahi Rabbil 'Alamin, the researcher would like to express his deepest gratitude to Almighty Allah Subhanawata'ala, the only provider, the most merciful, who gives his guidance, inspiration and good health all the time to carry out this research until the end.

The researcher realized that in the realization of this thesis, many people have contributed their valuable suggestions, guidance, help and advice for the completion of this thesis. All the lectures of FKIP UNISMUH who have learned all the knowledge for the researcher. Scholar Classmate in English Department 2015 and other best friends who cannot be mentioned one by one.

The researcher found that writing this task is far from perfect and still the simplest. Finally, the researcher should pray that all our efforts are blessed by Allah Subhanawata'ala.

Furthermore, electronic media that can be used as facilities in teaching-learning processes include video, television, diagrams, radio and the newer learning technologies (products) such as computer, LCD projector, compact disc, digital video discs (DVD), satellite communication and the Internet (Smalldino et al. 2007). The use of electronic media can be very useful for the teacher to transmit the materials and helped the students to understand the materials easily. So, the researcher used media LCD to support the speaking teaching and learning process by showing some videos using LCD as an electronic media to improve students' speaking skills, especially in terms of pronunciation.

Based on the above explanation, the researcher conducted a research titled “Efforts to improve students' speaking skills by showing videos through LCD as an electronic medium in the seventh grade of Mts Assalam Timbuseng”. Whether or not playing videos through LCD as an electronic medium could effectively improve students' speaking skills, especially in pronouns. Based on the above problem statements, the researcher intended to find out whether playing videos through LCD as an electronic medium could effectively improve students' speaking skills, especially in pronunciation or not.

Teaching that used electronic media also makes students feel that English is fun and joyful. The scope of this research focused on the effectiveness of displaying videos through LCD as an electronic media in improving students' speaking skills, especially on pronunciation.

He further adds that the nature of the speech process means that the grammar of the spoken language differs in significant ways from the grammar of the written language. They add that speaking the second or foreign language has often been considered the most demanding of the four skills. In other words, intensive is a person's ability to obtain the meaning of the conversation based on content.

The distinguishing feature of distance education is the separation of the instructional team and the students during learning. A common use of media in a teaching situation is to supplement the "live" instructor in the classroom. The results indicate that school management has been crucial in providing the technological infrastructure and organizational support necessary for teacher use of the laptops.

LCD teaching projector media is one of the electronic media that can be used by teachers in the teaching and learning process. Based on the needs of the user, the formats of the digital versatile disc can be changed. This is due to the smaller size of pits and bumps and the high density of parts on DVD.

A disadvantage of DVD is the higher access time, which is mainly due to the larger amount of data and higher density. This means that images can be seen by all students in a lecture theater or classroom, regardless of the size of the room. There are several types of use of LCD as an electronic media in the teaching and learning process.

The teacher also asks the students to come to the front of the class to introduce themselves to one. The above conceptual framework is described for all the research that the researcher has carried out.

The dependent variable in this research was the result of the students' speaking ability test. The researcher asks the students to watch the video broadcast using an LCD as an electronic medium of self-introduction. The results of the research that teaching using LCD as a medium by showing some videos could improve students' pronunciation.

Improving students' pronunciation by playing videos through LCD as an electronic medium. A t-test analysis was used to determine the significant difference between the students' pre-test and post-test scores. The above table shows the comparison between student's t-test and t-table for the improvement of students' speaking skills, especially in pronunciation after using LCD as an electronic medium.

This also means that the null hypothesis (Ho): Using LCD as an electronic media does not affect the improvement of students. The use of LCD as an electronic media is effective in improving students' speaking skills especially in pronunciation in the seventh grade of Mts Assalam Timbuseng is accepted. Improving students' skills especially in pronunciation In improving students' production of English pronunciation in terms of English, the researcher used LCD as an electronic media.

The students thought that the teaching of English using Electronic media was very helpful in improving the students' speaking skills, especially about vocabulary. Applying LCD projector as an electronic media motivated the students in teaching 2 and learning activity. FINDING AND DISCUSSION

DISCUSSION

The findings showed that the increase in students' speaking skills was significant after analysis of the t-test and t-table value. The effectiveness of this technique is that it increases students' confidence in pronouncing words, phrases or sentences and how to make the interesting pronunciation, making it easier for them to understand what the students are conveying. Based on this condition, the students were also interested and enjoyed learning English when the teacher uses the LCD projector as a medium in teaching English in the classroom.

The students were very excited about learning English using the LCD projector instead of other media. It was because the teacher used technology as a media, such as an LCD projector, related to the needs of the students. With the help of the LCD projector, the material becomes clearer, so that the students do not have to ask the teacher about the material.

In fact, this condition prevents students from coming to the front of the class to ask the teacher about the material. It saves their energy, so students will have fun and not be bored while learning English in the classroom, he also found that using LCD in the learning process can improve students' speaking skills. The data were shown in the pretest that any student received an inadequate score.

Based on the result of the data, the researcher concluded that after the treatment, by showing some videos using LCD as an electronic medium, the students were in the excellent category. Therefore, the use of electronic media in this study had a major impact on improving students' English pronunciation. When teaching English, teachers can also use LCD as an electronic medium to help students build their interest in learning and keep students from getting bored during class.

Kedepannya peneliti dapat menggunakan media elektronik khususnya LCD untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Meningkatkan kosakata siswa melalui teknik clustering pada tahun ketiga SMPN 1 Ladong (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Guru mengajukan pertanyaan kepada siswa untuk membantu mereka merefleksikan kegiatan pembelajaran yang telah mereka lakukan.
