INTRODUCTION INTRODUCTION
Background
A good teaching method is characterized by the students' ability to understand the lesson that the teacher presents using a certain method or strategy. Based on many facts, most of the students in the learning and teaching process do not speak English, so they have less speaking skills. They have not achieved the Minimum Mastery Criterion- Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), whereas the Minimum Mastery Criterion- Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) that students must achieve is 7.5.
Research Question
Actually, they know what to say, but they don't know how to say it.

Scope of the Research
The Nature of Speaking
It is the most important way in which a speaker can express himself through language. It is the most important way for a speaker to express himself through language. In relation to the above statements, speaking is a way of conveying a message from one person to another.
Concept of Suggestopedia
The suggestopedia method can be analyzed by focusing on two components, namely the students' perceptual levels and their control techniques. Learners' Perceptual Levels: Subconscious and Conscious According to this method, human beings constantly perceive and store stimuli in their environment at both the conscious and subconscious levels. Consciousness represents the verbal, rational, cognitive aspects, while the subconscious represents the non-verbal, emotional and intuitive aspects of the self.
Key Features of Suggestopedia
The learning atmosphere is influenced by the student's internal environment (the self) and the external environment (the classroom). The lights in the classroom are dimmed to make the students' minds more relaxed (Xue, 2005). By doing this, students can learn many things indirectly, both in the classroom and outside.
Procedures of Suggestopedia
- Concert
 - Practice

The teacher always avoids giving homework to the students because it will cause saturation for the students. The teacher asked the students to do something depending on the material at that time. The teacher asks the students to close their eyes and tell them that they are going to an English-speaking country.
Elements of Speaking
Teschner and Evans (2007: xii) say that grammar is essentially the analysis of linguistic elements that convey meaning. To do this, they were often told to change the way they spoke and were told to avoid being looked down upon (or stigmatized) as uneducated (or rude, rude, stupid, rude, etc. ) using “bad grammar”. ‖, they must learn and adapt to the standards that should be characteristic of the language of the most prestigious speakers of their wider speech community. The standards go by many names, including the 'good grammar' assessment; we call them Standard Written English). Willis (1996:50) said that fluency is what learners need opportunities to process language for communicative purposes as receivers and producers.

RESEARCH METHOD RESEARCH METHOD
Research Design
The researcher used two types of variables in this research; namely dependent and independent variables.
Research Setting
This research was conducted from January 5, 2015 to January 28, 2015 by conducting a two-cycle classroom action research.
Research Procedure
- Cycle I

Observation was a process of collecting data on every aspect that occurs during the implementation of the actions. Reflection is used to prepare planning actions after implementing the previous action; it was to complete the next action that was planned. It was a process of giving judgment and responses to the action taken in the classroom.
Through reflection the action was evaluated, the result of the data was checked to draw a conclusion from it, and if the criteria were successful, the action would be completed and if not, the action would be in the next cycle continues. A. In this phase, action was taken to improve the outcome based on the Cycle 1 reflection. The phases had the same procedure, but different variations and materials to achieve the intended learning outcome.
Then made the reflection by seeing the result of the observation whether the teaching-learning process of speaking by using Suggestopedia method reached success criteria based on the test result of the second action. The researcher came up with conclusions about the use of the Suggestopedia method to improve students' accuracy in speaking skills.
Research Instrument
Technique of Data Collection
To find out the mean score of the students' test and observation sheets, the researcher used the formula:. To analyze students' participation in research in the material and activities in the teaching and learning process using a checklist. Before applying an action research in the classroom using the Suggestopedia method, the students' speaking tests did not achieve the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM).
7.5, but after conducting a classroom action research with two cycles using the Suggestopedia method, the students' speaking test result achieved the Minimum Mastery Criterion (KKM) 7.5. It indicated that the Suggestopedia method was a success in improving the speaking skills of the students in the second year of Islamic Boarding School (MA) Ash-Shalihin Sungguminasa Gowa. The findings of the study explain the effectiveness of the method used to know if there is any improvement in the students.
Findings
- The Improvement of the Students’ Speaking Accuracy

The above table shows that the indicators for the students' speech accuracy in terms of pronunciation and vocabulary improved significantly. It indicates that there is an improvement in students' accuracy from D-Test, cycle I and cycle II, where students' mean score in D-Test is 4.10, improving to 6.24 in cycle I and in cycle II improving to 7, 89. To clearly see the improvement in students' speaking accuracy, the following chart is presented.
The Improvement of the Students’ Speaking Accuracy
The table above shows that the students' score in pronunciation and vocabulary after conducting action research in the classroom using the suggestopedia method is higher than before. Using the suggestopedia method in improving students' speaking skills deals with accuracy (pronunciation and vocabulary). Table 2 shows that students' speaking skills improved from D-test to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II.
It shows that there is an improvement in students' achievement in speaking ability from D-Test, cycle I and cycle II, where D-Test average score of students is 4.10, it improves to 6.24 in cycle I and in cycle II it improves to 7.89 . To clearly see the improvement of students' speaking skills, the following graph is presented:
The Improvement of the Students’ Speaking Skill
After intervening in cycle I, there was 1 student (6%) who received a classification score of very poor, 11 students (61%) received a classification score of poor, 5 students (27%) received a rating of fair, 1 student (6%) received a good classification and there were no students who received a second classification. The result in cycle II indicates that some of the students experienced an improvement over cycle I. In cycle II, there were no students who received classification scores of very poor, poor and fair, there were 3 students (39%) who received fairly good, 7 students ( 39%) got good, no students got very good and 8 students (44%) got excellent.
The result in cycle II indicates that some of the students experienced an improvement than cycle I. The observation result of the students' activity in teaching and learning process against the use of suggestopedia method to improve the students. Table 5 shows that the students' activity in each meeting improved, with the students' activity in cycle II being greater than cycle I.
The average student activity score in Cycle I improved from 68% to 94% in Cycle II. In the first meeting, the result of the students' activity is improved by 57%, in the second meeting it is 67%, and then in the third meeting, the students' activity is improved by 70% to 78% in the fourth meeting. And then the student activity improves in Cycle II, with the first meeting in Cycle II being 89%, the second meeting being 92%, and then the improved student activity in the third meeting being 96%.
It indicates that the use of Suggestopedia Method is effective in improving students' activity in the teaching learning process.

After giving the D-Test, the researcher found that the students' speaking accuracy (pronunciation and vocabulary) in the second years of Islamic Boarding School (MA) Ash-Shalihin Sungguminasa Gowa was very poor, so it needs to be improved. The result of the data analysis through the speaking test showed that the students' speaking ability in terms of accuracy has improved significantly. The use of the Suggestopedia Method in improving students' speaking accuracy in pronouncing terms can be seen from the difference between students' score in D-Test, cycle I and cycle II test.
Where the result of the students in cycle II was higher than the test of cycle I and D-test. After analyzing the results of the D-test, cycle I and cycle II using the formulas, the percentage of students was obtained. The use of the Suggestopedia method in improving the students' speaking accuracy in terms of vocabulary can be seen from the difference between the students' average score result in test D, cycle I and cycle II of the test.
The use of the suggestopedia method was effective in improving students' speaking accuracy in terms of pronunciation and vocabulary. After analyzing the results of D-test, test cycle I and test cycle II using a formula, he got the percentage of the student's vocabulary improvement. The result of observing students' activities in the process of teaching and learning in the direction of using the suggestopedia method in improving students.
The improvement in students' activity was due to the fact that the course material was taught using the Suggestopedia method. There is a significant improvement in students' pronunciation when speaking after applying the Suggestopedia method for 8 sessions, which consists of 2 cycles. The Suggestopedia method could improve the students' vocabulary in speaking after applying the Suggestopedia method because the students were interesting in the learning process.
