POTENSI EMERGENCY EMERGENCY ASSESMENT
PT. Geotekindo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perbaikan tanah dengan menyediakan metode yang efektif dan efisien terhadap kebutuhan peningkatan kualitas tanah sebelum menuju ke fase konstruksi. Pada project PT. Kalimantan Alumunium Industry, terdapat pekerjaan Vacuum Preloading Consolidation dan Drop Hammer Pile di Area Smelter. Berdasarkan penilaian terhadap aktivitas dan lokasi pekerjaan, terdapat beberapa bahaya yang mungkin terjadi seperti;

PT. Geotekindo as a ground improvement specialist which provide the most effective and efficient solution to all soil improvement needs before construction work. At PT. Kalimantan Alumunium Industry worksite, we have Vacuum Preloading Consolidation and Drop Hammer Pile Work in Smelter Area. Based on our assessment it probably has some hazard which will be happened, such as:

PROSEDUR DARURAT KEBAKARAN EMERGENCY PROCEDURES FIRE
JIKA ANDA MELIHAT API ATAU TERJADI KEBAKARAN : If You discover Fire or Flame :
1. Tetap tenang dan Jangan panic.
Remain Calm and DO NOT panic.
2. Beritahu orang lain di sekitar lokasi kebakaran dan Emergency Response Team.
Alert people in the around area and notify the Emergency Response Team.
3. Segera telepon Emergency Fire Fighter Team Leader Contact PT. Geotekindo, Bapak Ng. Tjau Pen (0853-9409-3814) dan jelaskan kronologis keadaan darurat yang terjadi.
Contact Mr. Ng. Tjau Pen (0853-9409-3814) immediately and explain about the emergency situation chronology happened clearly.
4. Setiap orang dalam bahaya atau cedera harus dipindahkan sedekat mungkin ke tempat yang cukup aman.
Any person in Danger situation must be relocated to the nearest safety place.
5. Jika memungkinkan dan Anda telah terlatih menggunakan alat pemadam kebakaran berusahalah untuk memadamkan api.
If it possible to do, so and you have been properly trained in the used of Portable Fire Extinguisher and Hose reels attempt to extinguish the fire.
6. Ikuti petunjuk dan instruksi evakuasi oleh Emergency Response Teams demi keselamatan anda.
Follow the directions and instructions that given by the Emergency Response Teams for the safety of Everyone.
7. Emergency Response Teams mendata kembali dan memastikan semua orang yang berada di area terevakuasi.
Emergency Response Teams re-record and ensure all people in the evacuated area.

PROSEDUR DARURAT GEMPA BUMI DAN TSUNAMI EMERGENCY PROCEDURE EARTHQUAKE AND TSUNAMI
JIKA TERJADI GEMPA BUMI DAN TSUNAMI : If the Earthquake and Tsunami Happened :
1. Tetap Tenang dan JANGAN Panik.
Remain Calm and DO NOT Panic.
2. Selamatkan diri ke tempat aman dengan memperhatikan rambu – rambu keselamatan.
Save yourself to a safe place by paying attention to safety signs.
3. Jika anda berada dibangunan Gedung atau kantor berlindunglah dibawah meja.
If you are in a building or office, take cover under a table.
4. Setelah gempa selesai segera keluar dari bangunan.
After the earthquake is over, immediately leave the building.
5. Ikuti rambu petunjuk arah evakuasi menuju di titik kumpul yang telah di tentukan di depan site office.
Follow the evacuation signs to the assembly point in front of the site office.
6. Jika anda berada diarea kerja (Vacuum dan Piling) segera menuju jalan akses terdekat.
If you are in the work area (Vacuum and Piling) immediately go to the nearby access road.
7. Hindari berlindung di area yang beresiko seperti di bawah alat dan di bawah material yang tidak kokoh.
Avoid sheltering in risky areas such as under tools and under unstable material.
8. Ikuti rambu petunjuk arah evakuasi menuju di titik kumpul yang telah ditentukan.
Follow the evacuation signs to the assembly point.
9. Ikuti petunjuk dan instruksi evakuasi keluar area proyek oleh Emergency Response Teams demi keselamatan anda.

10. Emergency Response Teams mendata kembali dan memastikan semua orang yang berada di area terevakuasi.

11. Jika terdapat potensi tsunami dan alarm tsunami berbunyi tetaplah tenang.
If there is a potential for a tsunami and the tsunami alarm active, remain calm and don’t panic.
12. Carilah tempat tinggi, bangunan gedung tinggi yang kuat dan kokoh untuk tempat berlindung.
Look for a high place, a tall building that is strong and sturdy to take cover.

PROSEDUR PENANGANAN KECELAKAAN HANDLING ACCIDENT PROCEDURES
PERTOLONGAN GAWAT DARURAT Medical Emergency Rescue
1. Pastikan aman diri, aman lingkungan, dan aman korban.
Makesure yourself, environmentally, and victim are safe.
2. Cek kesadaran korban dan tentukan tingkat keparahan korban (ringan,sedang, berat).
Check the victim's awareness and determine the severity of the victim (mild, moderate, severe).
3. Prioritaskan untuk menolong korban yang berada pada tingkat keparahan yang ringan (kategori hijau), sedang (kategori kuning), dan gawat darurat / urgent (kategori merah), lalu terakhir korban yang sudah meninggal (kategori hitam).
Prioritize helping victims who are of mild severity (green category), moderate (yellow category), and emergency / emergency department (red category), then lastly victims who have died (black category).
4. Berikan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan (P3K) sebelum di evakuasi First Aid Room agar kondisi korban tidak semakin memburuk.
Give first aid to the accident (P3K) before evacuating the First Aid Room so that the victim's condition does not worsen.
5. Beri bantuan kepada orang yang terluka dan usahakan membuat mereka nyaman.
Render assistance to the injured and make them comfort.
6. Jika luka itu disebabkan karena jatuh jangan pindahkan korban dan usahakan korban tidak ditinggalkan sendirian.
If the injured is rescue from a Fall, Do Not move the person and when possible Do Not leave the person unattended.

EVAKUASI MEDIS MEDICAL EVACUATION
1. Evakuasi medis dilakukan sehubungan dengan timbulnya penyakit atau cedera, yang terdapat risiko terhadap “nyawa atau anggota badan”. Kegiatan ini mencakup evakuasi korban atau pasien ke sebuah fasilitas medis di mana penyakit atau cedera tersebut dapat ditanggulangi.
Medical Evacuation activity made, due to either illness or injury, which there is a risk of "life or limb". This activity includes the evacuation of victims or patients to a medical facility where the disease or injury can be managed.
2. Untuk penanganan korban cedera di area proyek, regu P3K melakukan tindakan pertolongan pertama dan menentukan tindakan penyelamatan selanjutnya.
In handling the injured person(s) at project area, medical officer shall take action and decide the further medical treatment.
3. Keputusan evakuasi yang dianjurkan adalah membawa korban menuju First Aid Room PT. KAI – KPI yang menyediakan pertolongan pertama yang baik dengan menggunakan LV emergency PT.
Geotekindo.
Further evacuation will primarily be to First Aid Room PT. KAI – KPI which provides excellent first medical service with Emergency LV PT. Geotekindo.
