Based on the table in this research, most students have sufficient writing skills, especially written organization.
It means that their skill in writing summary of narrative text is not enough skill, so students need more improvement. From the above table the researcher can conclude that many of the students have basic word choice. It means that the students have sufficient skills in writing the summary, especially in the content indicator.

FINDING AND DISCUSSION
Research Finding
The students were assigned to practice their writing skills on a specific topic of a narrative text. Based on the table above, it can be seen that the students who passed the KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal) are only 4 students, this can be seen from the student's. Thus, it can be concluded that the highest score achieved by the students was 87, while the lowest performance was 54.
Then, the data from the second text 'The Beauty and The Beast' shows that the average of the students' skills in writing a summary of the narrative text, the data shows that the result of the all indicator of writing skills of students, especially in the second text, was generally too good to average level from 20 students. Based on the table above, we can conclude from the two texts that in this study, most students have sufficient skill in writing summaries, especially in writing the content of the text, with 3 students or (15%) having excellent category in the first text, 5 students or (25%) got an excellent category in the second text, then 7 students or (35%) got a good category in the first text and there were 12 students or (60%) a good category in the second text text, 10 students or (50%) were given a fair category in the first text, and only 2 students or (50%) were given a fair category in the second text and then only 1 student or (5 %) a very bad category in the second text text. From the first text “The Ant and the Grasshopper” in this aspect of writing, most students were in the right category. From 20 examples of this study, there were 14 students or 70% were categorized as good, 4 students or 20%.
And from the second text “The Beauty and The Beast” in this aspect of writing the same with the second text, most of the students were in the good category out of 20 examples, there were 13 students or 65% were categorized as good, 5 students or 25% are categorized as excellent and 2 students or 10% are categorized as fair. Considering the students' skill, it means that the students do not have enough skill in writing summaries, especially in writing the grammar of the text. The students still need more knowledge and practice to improve their writing skills, especially when it comes to grammar, because most students still make grammatical errors, especially when using the simple past tense in narrative text.
Therefore, most students still need to improve and practice to construct sentences or paragraphs in order to be more complete in writing.
Discussion
The problem of the students was that the students know the vocabulary, but sometimes they do not know how to make a good sentence by using an appropriate word in the right sentence. The researcher presents these findings by reflecting on some theories related to the students' writing skills. After students correct the skill in writing organization, the students who received a good category are balanced with the students who received a fair category and an excellent category.
That is why, after the researcher corrects their skill in writing a summary of the indicator vocabulary, most students have sufficient skill in writing a summary in the organization component, but still need to improve and practice writing sentences or paragraphs to make them more perfect. written. The researcher can conclude that the students do not have sufficient writing skills, especially regarding the grammar indicator, and that the students make more errors in the first text, which is 'The Ant and The Grasshopper'. Based on the theory, Keariveti said that the students faced difficulties in summarizing the text due to the problems in vocabulary and grammar. The problem makes it difficult for them to understand the content of the source text.35 Therefore, students still need more knowledge and practice to improve their writing skills, especially about grammar, because most students still make grammatical errors, especially in the use of simple present in narrative text.
Students make more mechanical mistakes in the second text, namely "Beauty and the Beast", so students still need more improvement to make their writing skills more perfect than before. When the researcher revises his/her summary writing skill, especially in composition vocabulary, the students who got the fair category are balanced with the students who got the good and very poor category. The problem of the students is that the students know the vocabulary but sometimes they are not able to make a good sentence using the appropriate word in the appropriate sentence.
