Abstract- The study was designed to investigate the effects of principals' leadership styles on teachers' job satisfaction. The findings of this study show that autocratic leadership has a negative impact on teachers' job satisfaction.

The study was conducted at Haramaya University Model School, which is located on Haramaya University's main campus. Quantitative data were collected through physical fitness parameters and the GPAS. The data were recorded using two auxiliary data recorders who had been physical education teachers at the Model School.

The results were obtained and it was seen that with the increase in contact time viz. shaking time of the sample with the adsorbent, the adsorption also increases, until a certain time, after which the graph became constant.
