Data Analysis
The above table is used to determine the overall suitability of the democratic leadership style and job satisfaction. The above table is used to determine the overall suitability of the autocratic leadership style and job satisfaction.
Findings and Conclusion
It shows that only about 21.8% is explained by the variation in the autocratic leadership style score. According to the table above, the relationship between the two variables is autocratic leadership style as the independent variable and job satisfaction as the dependent variable, and their coefficient is 72.94.

- Identification of fungi
- Effects of pH and Temperature on fungal enzyme activity
After incubation, the filter paper strips were carefully removed from the tubes using a glass rod. Since Whatman No. 1 filter paper consists of 98% cellulose, the substrate concentration in 0.5 ml can be derived as 49 mg (cellulose).
Results and discussion

- Effect of pH on the activity of cellulolytic fungal enzymes (FPU/ml)
Similarly, the pH of each buffer solution was changed to 3, 6, 8, and 13 by adding either dissolved NaOH or dissolved HCl. Especially during cotton storage, the humidity, temperature and even pH of the materials it comes into contact with can facilitate fungal colonization.
Conclusion and related works
However, if higher temperatures are tested further, it is possible to find points that undergo denaturation. It can also be observed the tolerance as well as the preference of high temperature (being 500C as optimal) by fungal enzymes.

MATERIALS AND METHODS
- Insect culture in the laboratory
- Enzyme bioassay
- Statistical analyses
One milliliter of the TCA protein was mixed with 5 ml of Lowry's reagent C, mixed thoroughly and incubated at room temperature for 10 minutes. The reaction was terminated by adding 1 mL of dinitrosalicylic acid (DNSA) and mixing thoroughly; 0.1 ml of iodine mixture was added to the mixture.
RESULTS
Digestive enzyme activities were subjected to Analysis of Variance (SAS Institute, 2002) and mean values were shown as bar graphs. For each sex, standard error bars (+ s.e.) were used to compare the activities of each enzyme in the three intestinal regions.
DISCUSSION

The results were obtained and it was seen that with the increase in contact time viz. shaking time of the sample with the adsorbent, the adsorption also increases, until a certain time, after which the graph became constant. Maximum uptake of Cr (VI) was achieved when the adsorbent dosage was increased from 2 g L to 20 g/L. 6) The contact time, i.e. the shaking time in the rotary shaker was varied from 5 minutes to 140 minutes for three different concentrations.

The mass difference between the three ions (Ni2+, Fe3+, Mn2+) splits the A1g mode into three different energy values, the lighter Ni2+ ion corresponding to about 693 cm-1 for x= 0.3 to 0.5 the heavier, i.e. those with q(phonons) >0 participate in the Raman scattering process, resulting in peak position and peak width broadening. The Raman intensity of the signal increases with increasing sintering temperature, as shown in figure (h) the Raman intensity of the 617 cm-1 mode increases at 9000C and the 693 cm-1 mode disappears at 9000C in fig (h) Shifting towards lower no. of the wave is attributed to crystalline disorder and also to the presence of grain boundaries, which are large to small sized nanomaterials.
