FINDINGS AND DISCUSSIONS
Findings
Observations were conducted indirectly, with only video recordings from the teacher's cell phone, because at the time of data collection, the lesson had started face-to-face. Judging by the teacher's ability to use the learning tools from the beginning to the end of the lesson. So it can be concluded that the teacher has used Media wa, google classroom, youtube and google form, zoom, quiziz and it can be seen that the teachers have the ability to operate these media well because they often study and attend seminars to generate many ideas. .
Flexibility here is the teacher's ability to generate different ideas, including the teacher's ability to combine platforms such as digital learning media and also the learning steps in combining these media. Teachers did not just use WhatsApp as the sole learning medium; when providing material, the teacher used learning videos from trusted sources such as YouTube. Based on the interview, teachers did not just focus on one medium but used more than two in the learning process so that students could more easily understand the material taught by the teacher.
The first was greetings, giving the motivation to learn, providing learning objectives, then the teacher asked the students to fill in the absences and fill in the absences, depending on the teacher, the teacher can also use a link or list names via WhatsApp. In this case, the digital learning media products produced by the teacher must be different from other media previously created. In this case, the teacher admitted that creativity in creating learning media was still very limited.
Network problems cause ineffective learning and students are unable to fully absorb the information provided by the teacher.
Discussion
When conducted through observation and interviews, researchers found the efforts made by teachers to generate ideas/problem solving for digital learning media. Based on these indicators, fluency in thinking in generating ideas/problem solving for digital learning media is an aspect of fluency in creativity. Certification teachers have very diverse ideas in terms of the combination of media and certification teachers use media that is consistent with student readiness so that all students can receive learning well, such as the use of digital learning media by combining various applications and visual media.
Originality is the ability to create new, unique and fun works in the teaching and learning process, because originality in learning is necessary to ward off student boredom throughout the learning period, but the originality of teachers in the use of digital learning media at SMP 13 Makassar did not create new media,. Based on the findings, teachers experienced problems with the use of digital learning media, during planning, implementation and evaluation of learning. In addition, other problems that teachers encountered with the use of digital learning media came from the students themselves, where not all students have cell phones, so that teachers cannot optimize the presentation of materials and the assignment of assignments.
Permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran digital adalah gangguan sinyal yang menghentikan proses pembelajaran, dan tidak semua siswa memiliki telepon genggam sehingga pembelajaran tidak maksimal. Peneliti diharapkan dapat menindaklanjuti penelitian ini dengan variasi dan literatur yang lebih mendalam untuk lebih memahami kreativitas guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran digital, yang kedepannya tidak hanya dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran di masa pandemi. Permasalahan apa saja yang dihadapi guru ketika menggunakan pembelajaran digital). Kalau buat video aman-aman saja, soalnya dipakai untuk siswa, karena semua materi tugas dan informasi apa pun lewat Google Classroom, tapi siswanya banyak kesulitan membukanya, jadi saya bagikan lagi di WhatsApp.
Permasalahan apa saja yang dihadapi guru ketika menggunakan media pembelajaran digital). Soalnya jaringan, siswa tidak punya telepon seluler, tapi itu bukan masalah serius karena saya memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas.”
CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
Conclusion
The English teacher of SMP NEGERI 13 MAKASSAR has several ideas in solving digital media problems. Some teachers can generate ideas/problem solutions for digital learning media because they often attend training sessions on using media, also often exchange or share information with fellow students or with other teachers in school who have more experience, so that the knowledge about digital learning media becomes broad. Moreover, the fluidity of the teacher's thinking can be inferred from the astuteness and dexterity in operating digital media functions so that they can be maximized during the learning process.
Another thinking skill is adapting teaching materials and learning objectives with digital learning media, even with simple techniques. In terms of flexibility, certification teachers have very different ideas about combining media, not only based on one medium, but also preparing different alternatives for using media and using it. From the aspect of originality that the teacher has, one of them is the ability to create new innovations.
With limited abilities, teachers tend to still use the available media because there are already many features that make it easier for teachers and students. The way to overcome problems of using digital media is to create learning videos that can be accessed even if they are offline, so that students can watch the material without fear of signal interference. Regarding smartphones, one way to do this is for the teacher to give students flexible time to participate in the learning.
