PENANGGULANGAN PANDEMI CORONA VIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

ABSTRAK
Pandemi corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) yang melanda Indonesia menyebabkan banyak korban meninggal dunia. Per tanggal 27 Februari 2022 jumlah masyarakat yang terkonfirmasi terinfeksi paparan COVID-19 di Kota Tanjungpinang jumlah masyarakat yang dikonfirmasi terinfeksi paparan COVID- 19 mencapai 11.559 dan masyarakat yang meninggal akibat COVID-19 mencapai 407 korban jiwa. Untuk menanggulangi penyebaran COVID-19 pemerintah membuat kebijakan program vaksinasi COVID-19, vaksinasi COVID-19 diharapkan mampu memberikan imun untuk masyarakat agar dapat mengurangi dampak akibat paparan COVID-19. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pelaksanaan Program Vaksinasi pada Masyarakat dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19) di Kota Tanjungpinang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan informan sebanyak 12 orang, teknik dan alat pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kebijakan program Vaksinasi COVID-19 di Kota Tanjungpinang telah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan tingginya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat Kota Tanjungpinang untuk ikut program vaksinasi COVID-19. Informasi yang mudah diakses oleh masyarakat membantu meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk mengikuti program vaksinasi COVID- 19. Isi kebijakan yang jelas yang mengatur fasilitas kesehatan, jenis vaksin, khasiat vaksin dan kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi. Adanya kerja sama antara Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tanjungpinang dengan lembaga lain seperti TNI/Polri membantu mempercepat capaian target pelaksanaan program vaksinasi COVID- 19 di Kota Tanjungpinang.

ABSTRACT
Pandemic corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) that hit Indonesia caused many deaths. As of February 27, 2022, the number of people who were confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 exposure in Tanjungpinang City, the number of people who were confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 exposure reached 11,559 and people who died from COVID-19 reached 407 fatalities. To cope with the spread of COVID-19, the government has made a policy for the COVID-19 vaccination program. The COVID-19 vaccination is expected to be able to provide immunity to the community in order to reduce the impact of exposure to COVID-19. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the implementation of the vaccination program in the community in the context of dealing with the Corona Virus Disease 19 (COVID-19) Pandemic in Tanjungpinang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with 12 informants, techniques and data collection tools in the form of interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the policy of the COVID- 19 Vaccination program in Tanjungpinang City had gone well, this was due to the high level of public participation in Tanjungpinang City to participate in the COVID-19 vaccination program. Information that is easily accessible by the public helps increase community participation in participating in the COVID-19 vaccination program. Contents of clear policies governing health facilities, types of vaccines, vaccine efficacy and post-immunization co- occurrence. The collaboration between the Tanjungpinang City Health Office and other institutions such as the TNI/Polri helps accelerate the achievement of the target for the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program in Tanjungpinang City.
