PATIENT SATISFACTION LEVEL FOR MEDICAL PERSONNEL
SERVICES IN TOSORA HEALTH CENTER, TELLULIMPOE VILLAGE, MAJAULENG SUB-DISTRICT, WAJO DISTRICT

Background : Based on the 1945 Constitution article 28 H stipulates that everyone has the right to health care. Health Act number 36 of 2009 which is a renewal of the health law number 23 of 1992, also emphasizes the importance of efforts to improve the quality of health services. Health problems are a complex problem that are interrelated with problems outside of the health problem itself.
Similarly, to overcome public health problems, it is not only seen in terms of its own health but must be from all aspects that have an effect on that health. One health problem that needs attention is the problem of health care itself, especially medical services.
Purpose : To find out the relationship between the health service system of Tosora Health Center, Tellulimpoe Village, Majauleng Sub-District, Wajo District, especially Medical Staff services to the level of patient satisfaction.
Method : This research is analytic observation research. The samples from the research were the people of Tellulimpoe Village and Tosora Village.
Result : There are five variables related to medical personnel services, namely, physical appearance of medical personnel (tangibles), taggap (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), reliability (reability), and empathy (emphatic). The results of the study showed 32 respondents were quite satisfied and 33 puberty respondents to the services of medical personnel. For physical appearance variables, 15 respondents were quite satisfied and 50 respondents were satisfied.
For responsiveness variables, 21 respondents were quite satisfied and 44 respondents were satisfied. For the guarantee variable, 26 respondents were quite satisfied and 39 respondents were satisfied. For the reliability variable, 29 respondents were quite satisfied and 36 respondents were satisfied. For the empathy variable, 22 respondents were quite satisfied and 43 respondents were satisfied. Based on the results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test showed a significant relationship (p <0.05).
Conclution : Health Center Patient Satisfaction Level has a significant relationship to Physical Appearance, Response, Guarantee, Reliability, and Empathy of Tosora Health Center medical staff, Tellulimpoe Village, Majauleng Sub-District, Wajo District
