In participating in this student exchange program we were given waivers in the form of exemprtion from semester payment, and assistance funds were also provided with the followig details:

HOW TO APPLY
Applications for the student exchange program are subject to the following deadlines:
• For a Spring semester (February to June), your application must be received by October 15 in the year prior to your placement.
• For a Fall semester (July to November), your application must be received by April 15 in the year of your placement.
To apply for the student exchange program, you must:
a. Be Nominated by IPIEF Departement or IRO
Please liaise with your department to ascertain the process.
b. Complete A Student Exchange Application Form
Your application form must be submitted together with admission requirements, such as:
❖ Valid passport for more than 6 months
❖ Academic Transcript
❖ Motivation Letter
❖ Copy of valid student ID
❖ Curriculum Vitae
❖ Letter of financial and permit statement from the parents
❖ Ability to communicate in English (if any; proven by any English test result, i.e.:
TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)
c. Do An Interview
After your document has been received and declared passed then you will take the second test namely interview.
d. Receive A Letter of Acceptence From Asia University
If your application and your interview is successful, you will receive a letter of acceptence from Asia University.
e. Apply For Accommodation
If you wish to live on campus, it is recommended that you submit an accommodation application to stay in the AU dormitory.
f. Apply For Your Student Visa Requirements to Apply Visa (TETO) :
