Social media marketing nowadays have become an important weapon for companies to be more competitive. However, too much exposure towards social media may also lead to its negative effects to the worker’s mental health. Yet, on the contrary, modern/contemporary practices of marketing can’t escape the benefits of social media marketing, especially the growth, exposure and the audience reach that it could bring to the firm. Therefore, this research is intended to explore these ideas and also find the connection, between managing the staff’s psychological foundation and the staff’s social media competence, and use the mediating role of online social capital and managerial cognitive abilities. Using surveys towards social media workers/staffs, this research applies the theory of Dynamic Managerial Capabilities and emphasize the importance of psychological foundation as a variable that leads to firm performance. In the end or conclusion of the research, the findings or survey results shows that all variables are positively connected.

4. Yayasan Miss Indonesia and the producers of TV program Miss Indonesia 2018 by Rajawali Citra Televisi Indonesia (RCTI), who have given the author a prize of full scholarship on Master’s Degree in SGU, which the author has now completed as well as the author could,

5. All dear friends of the author, especially Gabrielle Valencias Sumual (who have written the author’s name on her Skripsi’s acknowledgement so the author is now repaying the debt!). Not forgetting as well, the fellow classmates in SGU, from Batch 33 until 37, who have been such a delight around the author, balancing between productive discussions and enjoyable humour.
